This is a case of transferring doctors. During the first rubber band change, the doctor used a clamp to pinch my lip, causing bleeding. There was no apology. I informed the counter, and the response was, "You might want to talk to your assistant." What about me? Shouldn't the doctor be focusing on me? When changing the rubber bands, she pulled very hard on my lip. I feel like I made a mistake…

The dentist was very kind and did a great job with the dental work, giving excellent advice. However, one of the staff members, a man named PP (I'm not sure if he was a salesperson), was extremely pushy. I felt uncomfortable and annoyed even after directly stating that I didn't want the treatment anymore. He kept insisting. I wish he would consider whether he could successfully close the case…

Making a sale is part of a salesperson's job, but in the future, please consider the feelings of the patients more. Thank you for listening to my feedback.
