I had an appointment for 6:00 PM, but waited for almost half an hour without being called. I don't know if this is normal, but this is the first time I've encountered a place where you have to wait without any notification. After I gave my name and information, less than two minutes later, two staff members acknowledged it, but then a third person came to ask again if I had given my name. Furthermore, they forced me to sit separately from my companion without considering my convenience.
