She saw a different doctor today, and this doctor, after reviewing her past records seemed to have high expectations that my daughter would be calm throughout the whole checkup process. r seat, kick or thrash around. But she did cry. Which I think, is quite normal for kids her age. The dentist made certain remarks like "If you keep crying, I will turn off the tv." She also said things like "STOP". "Calm down." I was quite surprised that her method of handling the emotions of kids was so..backward. It did not seem like this doctor was used to handling young kids. For the record mine is 3 and a half years old. There are grown adults who are afraid of visiting the dentist. I don't think the dentist was very empathetic. I don't think I'll come back nor will I recommend this place to others.

The doctor was very kind, and the staff were also kind and attentive. There were lots of toys for the children to play with. The children didn't have to worry about going to the dentist at all. It was a great relief for both the children and the parents. We loved it!
