Dr. Cat followed up on my treatment well, paid attention to the details of my dental treatment, was patient, and cleaned my teeth and scraped off tartar very well. The place was clean and had convenient parking.

Good follow-up, dental scaling, social security coverage, full tooth filling, but I often bite my canine, so it broke and I haven't fixed it yet.

This clinic is careless and indifferent to patient problems arising from treatment. All they offer is apologies and tells you to fix the problem yourself. I've been using their services for many years. Until my most recent visit, where I had a teeth cleaning and filling done as usual, some filling material (I asked, but they didn't know the name) splashed onto my cheek. I only realized it after leaving the clinic. I wiped it off with water and wore a mask all day. That night, I noticed a bruised-like area on my skin. The next morning, I checked the wound and saw it was a 1 cm abrasion, slightly deep. I called the clinic to ask the doctor about the cause. Throughout the day, they only called back briefly, asking if the material was liquid or gel (the doctor should know what they use??) and whether it was on the left or right cheek (irrelevant?!). Finally, I called again in the evening. After another 15 minutes, they only replied that the material wasn't dangerous (but it caused a wound on my face??) and told me to buy Hirudoid Scar cream to apply myself (which is a scar treatment??). All I got back was "Sorry, the material isn't dangerous" (after waiting for an answer all day). I'm done with this clinic.

This dental clinic is honest, straightforward, and provides genuine treatment. I was very impressed with all the dentists. The staff are lovely, dressed beautifully, and always smiling.

The clinic occupies two adjoining shophouses on the main road. There's parking for about four cars in front, though I didn't quite notice. It seems to have been in operation for a while; the exterior is old, and the interior and equipment show signs of age. You can sense a wealth of experience, even if things aren't brand new, but it's clean. The doctor I saw was a female dentist specializing in gums and teeth. She was efficient and quick from asking about my symptoms and making a diagnosis to the treatment. She seemed very skilled and communicated directly, without beating around the bush. 😁 This was my first time here. I'd seen good reviews, and importantly, the doctor was very gentle. 😄 I was afraid of pain, so I decided to try this place. When I experienced it firsthand, wow! The doctor said it would only hurt when the local anesthetic was injected; after that, it wouldn't hurt at all. And it was true! The injection itself wasn't very painful. The doctor really is gentle, as the reviews say. The procedure was completed very quickly; the anesthetic hadn't even worn off yet. It lasted for two hours before I could control my mouth normally again. I understand now what it feels like for someone with hemiplegia. When the anesthetic took effect, I felt numbness, heaviness, and couldn't control my mouth to tense or move as I wanted. (The medicine was really effective.) After the procedure was finished, I went straight home. The doctor didn't give any post-operative instructions 😅 He only asked if there were any remaining fillings and when I would be available for another appointment. One week after the treatment, my gums and tooth had healed much better. I could start chewing soft foods on the side where the tooth was extracted, the pain had decreased, and I was starting to use it normally again. I told my husband about it, and he wanted to try the service here too. We'll make an appointment next time.

The staff were lovely and polite. The dentist examined me thoroughly, paying attention to every nook and cranny of my teeth. He taught me how to brush each tooth individually and provided holistic oral care. I was very impressed.

This was my first time using their services. The clinic is clean, there are several dentists, and the staff provides good service, but the prices are high. Teeth cleaning costs 1000-1800 baht. However, I like this place because it's conveniently located and I can pay with my insurance card without having to pay upfront. All the dentists are lovely. I will definitely go back again.
