Hello! I rarely respond to anyone because I'm a completely non-confrontational person. The only thing I can't ignore is injustice directed at me. I'm always willing to accept criticism, but only if it's constructive and honest! I understand that it's impossible to please everyone. This patient came to the clinic for help. She had her upper sixth tooth filled at another clinic, recommended by her mother, and two weeks later, the filling fell out and her natural tooth broke. I sent her for a 3D scan, which diagnosed pulpitis (a root canal was needed). The patient asked not to have the nerve removed, as her mother had advised her not to. After a week of deliberation, she agreed, and we began treatment. I'd like to point out that I didn't charge her the 40 GEL consultation fee (I decided to give it to her as a gift). She also received a discount on the X-ray and treatment, which she didn't notice or mention. The price for the treatment was discussed in advance!!! I understand that for someone earning 500-600 GEL, a 300 GEL dental treatment will be quite expensive. Here's what the patient wrote: "It's quite expensive. I could have found a cheaper option, but I took a chance; I wanted good care and the highest quality possible." So, you yourself decided to contact me and agreed to this price, especially since cheap and high-quality doesn't exist! Doctors who study their entire lives and buy high-quality materials for you incur high expenses! Moreover, I gave you the option to pay the full amount within a week, rather than upfront. What the patient writes next: Money, of course, loves to raise prices 😃 First she said 300 lari, then 350 lari until I reminded her. The initial price was 350 lari, without a discount. On the second visit, I simply misspoke when I said 350 lari. I don't deny it, but immediately said, "Yes, you're right, and no one argued with you." What kind of kindergarten is this?! What the patient writes at the end: "+- caring, but towards the end of the dental treatment, she looked at me as if she'd paid 300 lari for a nerve removal in one tooth." 😃 Probably she just didn't like me because I was emotional. I asked her questions about my tooth. She's sensitive. Personally, I wouldn't go again, but I advise you to Take good care of your teeth. 1) I'm a doctor! For me, the most important thing is the patient's comfort and health. I don't judge people by their emotions, character, political views, race, religion, and so on. I always try to welcome everyone warmly and with great care. 2) I didn't look at you with anger! I was only upset by the fact that you treated me disrespectfully! I want to note that the patient's disc accidentally fell behind the nightstand; it's very heavy, so I asked her to wait a day or two (it was Friday; she had an appointment for a bite correction on Monday anyway). I was busy, a lot of work, and very little time! She left the clinic and returned half an hour later, saying she wouldn't leave until she got the disc. Dear patient, we already have your X-ray in electronic format! Why do we need your disk?!)) They explained to you in a humane way that the doctor was working, that the disk had fallen, and that they would give it to you on Monday. Because of this person's stubbornness, my assistant and I had to move this nightstand at 8 PM to keep the patient happy (my schedule is from 10 AM to 7:30 PM). Regarding questions! I'm always happy to answer any questions patients have, I explain everything thoroughly. Please read other people's reviews. The patient writes that he won't come to me again, but he recommends me to others. Where's the logic?!)) And also, why write a review in Russian instead of your native Georgian? To spite someone else, as the saying goes: When something is good, don't look for something good. P.S. Before writing a review, a patient sent me hearts and apologized for her emotional outburst.
