I had filling and scaling appointment today. I think doc Tee Shu Jun is friendly, polite and soft when she does her work. Some parts of my tooth were sensitive but she was gentle about it. She also explained perfectly on the goals I am supposed to set for my teeth. Thank you doc for reminding me dentist aren't scary hahaha .

I've been getting braces, root canals, and crowns here since 2020, and it's now 2026. I regularly come here for checkups, cleanings, and fillings. The dentist has always been very professional and meticulous, taking photos to document my teeth each time!
Good service, good explanation from doctor and staff. Overall okay.
Dr. Tan patiently explained the dental issues to my son so we could make a decision. He didn't want us to spend unnecessary money or for my son to suffer repeated pain.

Terrible attitude. They had a bad attitude themselves, couldn't explain clearly, and then blamed the customer for being rude. Truly trash. No wonder there were no other customers when I went. Absolutely awful. 👎 …

Hi Sir/Miss Ahao. This is Dr Tan. Sorry but we could not find your name as our patient in our database. However, you may be Mr LCY that visited us recently. I apologize if there is any shortfall on our side causing an unpleasant experience for you. However, I am unable to proceed your dental treatment for you as your tone of communication is not of polite manner and might cause more problems or misunderstanding if I proceed with the treatment. Therefore, I decided to not carry out any treatment and no fees were charged. I am sorry if I interpreted your tone/meaning differently or wrongly. You made an appointment for 2pm and you arrived at 1.53pm which is still our team’s lunch time. I appreciate it a lot that you were early for your appointment but this is probably why there was nobody when you arrived. I attended to you at 1.55pm despite it being our team's lunch time, so that we can reduce your waiting time. When you came into the treatment room, you expressed your concern with raised tone and you declined that you were treated by me previously and was treated by other dentist. This may have been a confusion on your part as based on our records, we allocated you to the same dentist which is me. I sincerely apologize if this has caused unpleasant experience for you and there was definitely ways to make the situation turn out better. However, at that moment and the tone of our communication, I am unable to proceed to avoid further misunderstandings. If you are willing, I am open for further discussion on your treatment and feel free to contact our clinic. I am sure you were once satisfied with our service too, as this visit is not your first and you decided to return to our clinic for further treatment. We can all make this world a better place. Let's all be more mindful of each other's feelings and let's spread more positivity together. This may not be the first 1-star review that you wrote for our clinic, but I hope we can just put an end to this. We will take this review as a reminder to improve our service. Teeth cleaning is an uncomfortable process and quite expensive; I don't recommend it!

Visited T Dental for the first time to check on my daughter's teeth as she's feeling discomfort. The doctor very patience during the procedure, explain my daughter's condition clearly and gave options for what we want to proceed with.
