I've been going to this office for several years now and I don't recommend it under any circumstances. Almost every time I've been to the office, the dentist has told me that they need to clean my canals - without an X-ray, they've been arguing with another dentist about which tooth it is. same result - badly done canals, one tooth has to be redone immediately, the rest will be seen. I paid a lot of money for it and I'm still praying that the remaining teeth will hold up. They even drilled a cavity for me once and filled it wrong. My dental hygienist came to find out, so I'll redo it again. The most telling thing is that I haven't had a single cavity, let alone a canal, since I left here. They ruined my teeth here.
Our whole family goes to Dr. Hamrová and we are very satisfied. The professional care is top-notch, the modern office has a very friendly, family-like atmosphere, the doctor and the nurse are a perfect match and thanks to that our children (and we too) go to the dentist without fear. I am very satisfied with the treatment at Stomatologia Budečská. Dr. Bila and Dr. Sedelmayer are wonderful and I am happy to be in the hands of professionals.
I have been going to Dr. Bíla for several years. I have absolutely no complaints about her care, on the contrary. She is kind, helpful, explains everything. She keeps the appointment time. True, the prices are higher, but then again, these are our teeth. As a pensioner, I have to put money aside for dental repairs, but the care I receive is worth it. Thank you, Dr.!!

anywhere or with anyone, and on the contrary, she assured me and my frightened 14-year-old daughter that she was 100% pulling out the right teeth. This behavior is inexcusable from my point of view, and therefore my daughter and I are ending care in this facility. Occupational safety and the well-being of the patient are always FIRST, at least in state healthcare facilities where I myself work. Any apology from Stomatologie Budečská will never give my daughter a tooth back. Mrs. Tomčíková is very lucky that her orthodontist colleague supported her and straightened my daughter's teeth anyway, otherwise I would not hesitate to file a criminal complaint. Iva Filipiová

Nothing like this has ever happened. Occupational safety and the patient's well-being are always our top priorities. Teeth 4 and 5 are equivalent, both are referred to as premolars. During orthodontic treatment of some diagnoses, both the fourth and fifth teeth can be removed. As you mentioned, it was necessary to remove a healthy premolar for orthodontic reasons, which was also done. As you correctly state, there is nothing to prevent the continuation of orthodontic treatment. We always require the patient's signature when removing a tooth. We did not hide anything from you and immediately after the procedure we recommended you to visit your orthodontist. Patients are also responsible for the information that the doctor provides, and if they share any instructions, it is important that they are clear and accurate in accordance with the documentation to avoid misunderstandings. Do not belittle the doctor's work. I agree with you that it is necessary to always act in accordance with the documentation. We have taken measures to prevent a similar situation from recurring in the future. I am very sorry that we were unable to resolve this unpleasant situation by agreement. We would very much like to reach an amicable solution. However, I would like to remind you that your orthodontist also confirmed that there was no harm to your health. However, we are waiting for the assessment of the medical commission. Whatever you decide, we are ready to continue to take care of the health of your teeth. only because they don't go anywhere for a second opinion and trust your expertise and care. Exactly as I already wrote. The new dentist had the same X-ray as you and your procedure was really sad. Three wrong judgments in one mouth tell me more than enough that it was intentional, but so be it. As laymen, it's hard for us to judge an unnecessary extraction, right? No, it really was your case. And the fact that my name is not in the file is fine, because I got married in the meantime, even with my beautifully corrected teeth by real professionals ;) Have a nice day. Unfortunately, a big disappointment and I came here on the recommendation of a colleague. The X-rays allegedly showed that the eight teeth were pulled out and the lower molars had decay. The approach seemed pressured to me, the answers to my questions were quite blunt (even though we only have one tooth, so yes, I will ask) and my intuition told me to try somewhere else. Another dentist not only told me that he did not pull out a single eight and immediately gave me the option of repair according to the X-rays, but he commented on everything to me directly on the X-rays and there was never any decay on the lower tooth! Don't be angry, but only patients who don't know that they could have saved their teeth and simply trust you are satisfied with you. Whether it's your professional incompetence or your desire for money from your patients, it probably doesn't matter. Regardless of the fact that your prices are exorbitantly high, you offer such poor quality for them. I discourage everyone from visiting you. And those of you who go to the office, try to get a second opinion before a serious procedure. It's your teeth that are being treated, not theirs.

Hello Mrs. Kminek, You are a complete stranger to us, no patient with this name and surname has ever been in our practice. We have more than 3,500 long-term patients in our care and recently we have been noticing more new patients coming in than anyone leaving. Every cavity is documented by X-ray examination and thoroughly shown to the patient. We do not indicate every eight for extraction. If the tooth is properly fulfilling its function, does not press the neighboring seven, has a counter bite and is not destroyed by decay, we always save it. Each of our doctors explains the current state of the teeth, offers alternative treatment options and the decision on treatment is always up to the patient, pressure is not our style of communication. In addition, we are very busy and no one would think of treating a healthy tooth. Prices are compiled according to the legally prescribed minute calculation. There are several dental offices on the same street, at the same address and on the same floor that are not related to our practice. Our communication process during the initial examination does not match your description. Best regards
I'm very pleased with Daria's personalized approach and the quality of her services. It's a bit frustrating that it can be difficult to get an appointment, but that's the price I'm willing to pay for the peace of mind that my teeth are in good hands :)
