I came to see Beata on a recommendation. She performed a teeth whitening treatment for me. I'm very pleased with the results. Beata is not only professional but also has excellent communication skills. I highly recommend it! The visit was smooth and professional, with everything explained step by step so that the treatment plan was easy to understand. The office is very modern. I especially recommend Katarzyna – this is my second visit with her, and I'm very satisfied with each one. Her approach to patients is top-notch :).

I DO NOT RECOMMEND WHITENING Encouraged by the reviews on the website and the photos of patients after teeth whitening treatments—four shades lighter—I scheduled an appointment. Unfortunately, the results of my whitening with the Beyond lamp didn't whiten my teeth by even a single shade. I spent 1,500 PLN, and I left with the same smile. Dear Madam, before the procedure, I had a free consultation with you in person, during which I explained that whitening is an unpredictable process dependent on many factors. I discussed with you the two-page whitening consent form, which detailed all the information, which you knowingly signed. I also informed you that some of your teeth would not be whitened (I clearly explained the reasons). When showing photos of other whitened teeth, you shouldn't expect them to look the same – that's simply not possible, as each tooth reacts differently to the whitening agent. It's impossible to program the desired color for the patient. We perform a large number of such procedures and always discuss all aspects clearly. This was also the case with you. The lamp is less than a year old, and due to the number of treatments, we buy the whitening gel on an ongoing basis. Both the lamp and the whitening agent are from Beyond. To sum up, your opinion is unfair, and you were reliably informed about all aspects of the procedure.
The Beyond whitening method works very poorly. There's no noticeable difference, and it's definitely not worth using, especially considering the high price. I have no complaints about the service itself, but I'm also reviewing the product.

We sincerely appreciate the work of our staff. Before starting the procedure, patients are always informed that the whitening effect is unpredictable and depends on many factors (including enamel mineralization, medications, dietary and hygiene habits, etc.). All this information is included in the consent form that everyone must sign before the procedure. However, I have never encountered a lack of results, although the degree of whitening varies. We can try repeating the procedure, but for a shorter period – we encourage you to do so.
I had the opportunity to have my tooth root canal treated by Kasia and I'm very pleased with the entire visit. She's incredibly professional and explains everything thoroughly, so I felt calm and well-informed throughout every step of the treatment. I highly recommend her!

Despite the trauma and a strong gag reflex, the treatment was completed smoothly thanks to the use of sedation. The office is modern, professional, and the team is wonderful and full of empathy. The first visit took place in a very friendly atmosphere with complete respect for the patient. A definite plus is that the appropriate equipment is available on-site for taking jaw X-rays. The office is sterile and clean. Appointments were punctual.
