First of all, I'd like to thank you for the help I received at the Altima Dental office on Starowiślna Street. I had a terrible toothache, and it literally saved me. I highly recommend it! Among the dental offices in Krakow (and I've been to several), I haven't encountered such a high level of service as at Altima. Thank you so much, and best regards to the entire team! See you soon!

I was very pleased that when I came in with what I thought was a serious problem, I received a comprehensive analysis of what could be done differently, more effectively, and even more cheaply. I highly recommend them because they may save not only your teeth but also your wallet. The atmosphere is also pleasant and professional.
Very low quality. I fixed two teeth here, in half year they got busted and blooding and painful. It's first time I had such dentist. I followed all their recommendations, paid as much as they requested, visited them 7 times. The dentist was young and this is the result. I had a procedure on my sixth tooth. The whole procedure took about an hour, and I paid 250 PLN (without anesthesia). A month after the procedure, the tooth still hurt. I came back for a checkup, had fluoride applied, and was sent home. Thank you for your review. However, we'd like to mention that the cavity you treated consisted of four classes (very extensive and deep fillings) – so that's the price according to our price list. Furthermore, if I remember correctly, you used a Groupon coupon and paid only 50 PLN. Post-treatment sensitivity, which is common with such deep cavities, is common, so sometimes more than one varnishing treatment is necessary – just come in. We never leave a patient in pain. I'll just mention that you didn't pay for the varnishing treatment at all. Best regards

I highly recommend Altima Dent! Dr. Alicja Klich is an excellent doctor. The procedures took place in a very pleasant atmosphere, and the tools and materials used are of the highest quality. He takes comprehensive care of his patients, and visits are very quick, efficient, and painless. You feel truly cared for.
The ladies were very nice. They fixed a lot of my teeth, but it also cost a lot of money. The prices are significantly higher than listed. The price list for treatments is available to patients at the registration desk – everyone can view it. We use the highest quality composite materials, so treatments are priced according to the procedure performed – in the case of fillings – the number of restored surfaces, not the doctor's working time or the presence of an assistant. The prices for all visits, including the last one, are consistent with the current price list, which you were familiar with from your first visit. All visits were conducted in a pleasant atmosphere, which makes us even more surprised by your comment, which was written after your last visit, after the completion of comprehensive treatment. The best dental office I've ever had the opportunity to have my teeth treated. I always receive comprehensive, professional care, and the doctors often stay after hours to see all patients who need it. The prices are also very competitive. I especially recommend Dr. Alicja.

t Karolina convinced me that root canal treatment wasn't necessary at this time. Other procedures (sealant, fluoride application, etc.) were performed to alleviate my pain and solve the problem. Yesterday, the pain became so intense that I couldn't stand it anymore. I called Altima and was advised to try rubbing fluoride toothpaste on my tooth, which should alleviate the sensitivity I supposedly had... So, today, I spent the second day with a terrible toothache. After visiting another dentist, I received the diagnosis: the tooth definitely needed root canal treatment. I don't know how it's possible that, given the detailed photo of the tooth and my pain, you didn't decide on root canal treatment (you just suggested waiting—I don't know what waiting would have done in this situation). I understand that other dentists may have different opinions on different matters, but you saw that the root canal was inflamed, and I don't think waiting would have helped. In any case, I'll now spend a few days with a terrible toothache simply because your diagnosis was incorrect. I came to you with the tooth a few months ago, so I assume you could have detected that something was wrong with it even then. Ms. Karolina is a very kind person, but unfortunately, after this situation, I think her competence is questionable.

We don't perform root canal treatment just in case, especially since Dr. Marta had previously performed a filling and didn't see anything alarming. I'm very glad I ended up here; there's no telling how things would have ended at another office. Dr. Stopiński did a great job, also treating the adjacent tooth, which was much easier to access. It's also worth mentioning the doctor's great sense of humor, which takes the edge off the unpleasant situation we're in. I will definitely be coming here regularly.
