Avoid! I wanted to refresh the filling. The doctor filed down not only the filling but also a large portion of the tooth! It only got worse because she couldn't "fit" it to the top and kept filing it. I ended up going back to another dentist for a correction, who did it correctly, but because of the extensive filing, I felt every bite. who answered was: "How can I feel this tooth if it's out of alignment?" It's not true that I've had orthodontic treatment, where I haven't heard such miracles. Back to the story... I came back three times for corrections, and a fourth time for a tooth lift, and I thought that would be the end of it. However, five weeks after the last visit, the filling fell out. I don't recommend it!

As someone from the US, I try to get cheaper medical care when I travel. I probably had the best teeth cleaning of my life here. Extremely thorough, and only 300PLN. They were also able to get me an appointment within 24 hours. Highly recommend!

Having avoided visiting the dentist for far too long I came here and had all my problems dealt with in a caring, professional and, most importantly, pain free manner. Excellent customer service. After dealing with other clinics, this was the only one that completely resolved my tooth problem. The diagnosis was thorough and, above all, accurate, the procedures were completely professional, and the atmosphere was very friendly. I highly recommend it!

I came to clinic to ask if I can be treated the same week and they said ,yes! I showed my x-rays and they explained me in short time how much time and costs it will be. I really liked that approach that really rare in Krakow dentist clinics. Thank you guys ;) keep up.

Awful just terrible. So I went it for simple restoration of old filling and getting the new one. The dentist was very young did not ask any questions and just gave light anesthesia started working I felt the pain instantly. She only then gave the normal one. kick in. After that she started very quickly and without any precision removing my old filling. Thr whole thing lasted for 70 mins ( it was the 7-th tooth and a massive surface). It did seem like it was very rushed and not carefully done. After the hour went by polish customers came ( I was speaking English) the so called doctor and assistant started to peak at them while still on my tooth. If you want locals only in your clinic put a sign on the door so people will avoid your clinic.One week went down and I am feeling worse than I was before going to this clinic. Payed 310 zloty for simple filling and now will look for another clinic to solve this clowns mistakes Ah yes this clowns replied. So I went to anither clinic and they told me that doctor that had a lot of experience ( by the words of the owner ) did a mistake and covered filling badly. What do you expect from clinic that got a coupons system with 70% discount on their services. Of course if you threat everyone like coupon buyers you will have this kind of reviews.

Thank you for your opinion, but we don't agree with it. First of all we always take a control point RTG before extensive filling to exclude possible inflammation and you didn't pay for it. You paid for a big filling (3 surfaces) and anesthesia. Second, a doctor has several years of experience and she knows what to do. 70 minutes for a filling is enough time for a qualified doctor. It' a normal procedure. To do composite filling first we use intraligamentary anesthesia to increase comfort of our patients than if the patient needs we use deep anesthesia (and you had both ). Maybe before you had different kinds of treatment. We always try to help our patients as well and professionally as we can but everyone, of course, has the right to their own opinion.
At Altima, I was able to get high-quality treatment for my acute dental issue. The doctor was caring and professional, there was advanced equipment and dental microscope. Will definitely go again.

So far, I've only had one tooth treated :) I'm very afraid of procedures (trauma from the 90s), but I found Ms. Gabriela, who was very patient, understanding, and, of course, skilled :) I highly recommend her!
I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. The hygiene treatment was performed professionally and with great care, and I'm extremely satisfied. Everything was done in a pleasant atmosphere. If possible, I'd give it six stars.
Thanks to the ladies at Altima Dental, I was able to avoid root canal treatment on three of my teeth, for which I am very grateful. Complete professionalism and a very friendly atmosphere. Patient care is top-notch. I highly recommend them!
