I was holidaying in Vietnam. I already had my implant done here in NZ (Dr Peter Hill). As I was going to be in Saigon for three days, I investigated getting my crown inserted on to my implant. I conducted a lot of research and settled on contacting Starlight. I setup an appointment an hour after arrival in Saigon. I was attended too by Dr Ha. 24 hours later I had my crown and a new smile - this was half the cost of doing same here in NZ, and although I was a bit nervous of outcome, procedure and professionalism, I am pleased to report all went extremely well. I am 110% happy and would highly recommend Dr Ha and the team at Starlight.

Starlight Dental Clinic is fantastic. I can not describe in words how happy I am to have the ability to eat properly without pain. I was given the promise that they would NOT let me leave unless both they and I were happy with the job. Receptionists Thao and Phuong are always very welcoming with eager smiles, nothing is too much trouble. Dr Uyen is highly qualified, quietly spoken, very gentle and compassionate. I came here with an upper denture made in Australia, which have never fitted properly and I have been in pain for the last 6 years, unable to chew properly. (Have not had Scotch Fillet in that time). Dr Uyen took xrays, moulds etc and within one week I had new upper denture as well as my first lower denture plate. These were comfortable immediately and I was able to eat pain free for the first time. I was so happy I cried. Both Dr Uyen and Ms Thao had told me they would not let me return to Australia if there was ANY pain or discomfort. After another 3 visits for small adjustments they agree I can now go home. The attention to detail, their care and concern to make sure is incredible. The cost for my dental work was approximately 40 - 50% less than in Australia thus meaning the cost of the Airfares, accommodation, tours and the like is very affordable. I can not speak highly enough and would have no hesitation in recommending Starlight Dental Clinic to anyone looking for top service, top quality offices, latest dental machines and the like. You will NOT be disappointed.

This was the worst dental experience I have ever had, and I was not even in any kind of contact with the dentist. At first I was not aware that I was dropped off at the wrong clinic, so I called Starlight Dental and said that I was just 5-10 minutes late, which made no difference. When I arrived I entered the pictured clinic on the 2nd floor, but it was clearly under renovation or closed, and the only staff was a shirtless gentleman who directed me to the 3rd floor and directly pressed the buttons in the elevator. What I met was another company that had nothing to do with a dentist, and if it had, I would have left because it was very dirty. They directed me to the 2nd floor, where I came from. It couldn't hurt to talk to the gentleman again, I thought (He knew English), but now a grille had been driven down in front of the elevator. I considered my appointment more or less failed, and was called by the clinic. I got such a shitball for being late. I tried in vain to explain to the hysterical woman on the phone what I had encountered. WE ARE ON THE FIRST FLOOR, EVERYONE KNOWS THAT, the screams on the phone. Hmm, not me. I told her not to yell at me and to consider our appointment cancelled, after which I hung up. Then I got a call back only to get more scolding, and I hung up quickly. She should also remember to breathe in and out, the poor person. The third time the phone rang, I didn't pick up. But make your own experiences with the place. This is just my experience.

The staff at Starlight were incredibly helpful and professional. I arrived in HCMC with a tooth ache and they were able to see me within an hour of calling. They were very clear in explaining what the problem was and not at all pushy about getting me to have a procedure. And it was extremely affordable even with being last minute. Highly recommended.
