The only place I truly trust for all my dental treatments, for me and my partner! Everyone here is incredibly kind, friendly, and very professional. The doctor who treated us was amazing, I think her name was Dr. Putu Ayu or Dr. Made Ayu. The clinic is clean, comfortable, and the service is outstanding. Whenever we had any concerns, they responded quickly and were very understanding. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it. You won’t regret coming here!

I had a dental emergency while on holidays and was able to see the dentist within an hour. Very professional and highly skilled team. They were also very kind because I was in a lot of pain when I arrived and a bit scared. The procedure was totally pain free 😊The price was very, very affordable and a fraction of what you would pay in Australia. Thank you for saving my holiday! I feel so much better now🙏

I visited dr Ivan’s this is my second time getting Botox,fillers and threads She is so gentle and professional I’m very happy with my results and I’ll be back again when I come back to Bali again . I would highly recommend recommend her to anyone needing any treatments .

I had 2 crowns put on my implants a few weeks ago and they will need to be removed back here in Australia with additional costs. Very bad quality job, the food is getting in between and under the crowns, they are wobbly and not secured at all - I can floss underneath the crown that's not normal. I did message the clinic to ask for a refund and no answer. I did leave a bad review online so got a replay to contact them to discuss it - contacted them again and messages are being read but no replay again. The clinic is clean and pleasant but they have no idea what they are doing, waste of money :(

My kid had an infection due to a caries. The filling went off once while in Bali and needed to be fixed again Once in our country the filling went off again. We realized that the infection was again there because the nerve should have been refilled too and it wasn't. So the treatment received in Bali was not right, so we had to do it again. I thought such a simple thing could be done by any dentist but actually doesn't. I don't give one star because the doctor was nice and the clinic clean, but COVID measures were not taken.

Dr Ivanna has such a great bedside manner. She is well researched, confident and experienced. Having skin tags removed and working with dark skin, things can go very wrong. But she is a master at her craft with a gentle touch, almost 100% painless for an otherwise very painful procedure. She is calm, patient and delivered exactly what she says she will.
