Your approach and explanations instilled in me extremely important trust in the doctor-patient relationship, and anyone who has been to the dentist knows how important healthy teeth are, and it seems to me even more important when you have to do something on your teeth, that the work is of high quality and lasts.  And that's exactly what I got at Stamenković Dental Clinic. A clinic with a large number of dentists, with excellent teamwork, highly professional and competent, yet very kind and pleasant, which is a very desirable and unique factor today. In that team, I would also like to thank Dr. Lazar Berić, with whom I also had a fantastic experience. Special thanks to sister Marina, who was there to accompany Dr. Boris to the most complicated interventions and the smallest details, and yet she was so caring and kind. A really great, great person, a professional and a great connoisseur of his work. Also, I want to thank all the employees in the management and support services, who were simply excellent in performing their jobs. Special thanks to the dear ladies Tanja and Aleksandra, who were very helpful, patient and always found time for me and my questions🫣 It is encouraging, especially in these times, to see that the entire team around Dr. Broris cares so much about doing an excellent job for their clients and ensuring that they are satisfied with the outcome and quality of services. Now, when it's all over, I'm even sorry that I won't be hanging out with that team anymore. Sara is anything but another "ordinary" doctor - she is truly special. From her approach to the patient, to her professionalism (which doesn't even need to be mentioned), to her human empathy - it's hard to find the right words. The doctor is simply next level in every sense of the word. I could write a lot more about her, but I still wouldn't write everything. I would say that she treats her patients like her best friend (at least that's how I felt with her). My happiness for choosing this team is also evident in the picture. I don't want to single out any of the nurses individually, because they are all wonderful. You know that feeling when you walk into a space and immediately feel welcome? Well, that's how it is with them. I absolutely adore them all! If you are looking for a dream team that will take care of you like a drop of water in the palm of your hand and make your smile the way you have always dreamed of, while making you feel safe – this office's doors are the ones you should enter. Along with all those beautiful girls who are golden, it would be a sin not to mention Dr. Boris, who plays a huge role in the whole story. I can't say the most important one, because they are all equally important – that's exactly why together they make a perfect team in this whole story. I don't know what else I would add about the doctor that I haven't already mentioned – a great professional and a top expert. I think it's also important to emphasize that in situations where you may not like something or would like it differently, even if the work is nearing completion or already done, they will make sure to make everything right so that you are completely satisfied and leave the office with the biggest and happiest smile. I love this entire team, which I believe is also evident from this review – but really, every mile is worth going because of them. I remain extremely satisfied to this day. I come for regular checkups, and Dr. Boris always takes the necessary time to examine everything thoroughly. The comprehensive restoration of my teeth at the Stamenkovic Dental Clinic was a complete success. My process included working with lumineers and installing implants and lasted almost a year, but every moment was worth it. As a person who loves to laugh and who is cheerful by nature, I had been insecure for a long time due to problems with the unit – I had a bridge that was not made in this office and that only covered up the gap. Thanks to Dr. Boris and the entire team, today I have a smile that I am proud to smile with again. your mouth. Their methods are outdated, they don't even use 3D scanners, only old fashioned impressions. Dr. Stamenkovic installed my crowns, and the result is catastrophic. Xrays at another clinic confirmed that 6 out of 8 crowns are not properly sealed, which leads straight to tooth decay. My bite was ruined to the point where my teeth don’t even meet on one side. When I complained, the doctor dismissed me, saying it would "settle on its own in six months." I am now at a different clinic fixing everything and seeing a gnathologist to save my jaw. This place offers "aesthetics" at the cost of your health. Avoid at all costs!

I would just like to add that I don't live in Serbia at all, but I had to take a flight from Luxembourg for 2 days to solve the problem. Which, of course, is much more difficult than living somewhere closer to Serbia. I showed up exactly on time for the scheduled appointment. Where the doctor just looked at me and said "we can't fix this because it's someone else's work. I can understand that dentists don't want to interfere in other people's work, but before we scheduled an appointment, I already explained everything in detail in a message and that I was coming with someone else's work where I was told, I repeat again, "don't worry, we'll fix everything". So, very disappointed, I asked if I could at least take a picture of that tooth where he said he could. And if it weren't for a wonderful nurse who obviously asked him to tell me what he saw on the picture, he wouldn't have done it at all, he just told me I could go. I'm returning to Luxembourg very disappointed because, I repeat again, I barely managed to come for 2 days and where I ran out of time to find another dentist in Belgrade. Just wasted money and time. Very unprofessional.
