Throughout the period, I followed the instructions rigorously, wearing the aligners for 22 hours a day. However, the alignment of my teeth did not progress as expected. The last dentist was a great help, as she understood my dissatisfaction and suggested more effective adjustments, in my case, tightening the aligners, which finally brought more results. There were also several unnecessary waits between appointments and in the manufacture of the refinement aligners, which unnecessarily prolonged the process. The lack of speed and a more efficient approach to more complex cases was a negative point. Each case is unique, but this was my experience. Now, I will continue with the restraint for another 3 months and, after that, only for sleeping.

approved and I recommend it to anyone who wants practicality and doesn't want to feel pain. You need to be disciplined, but it's something you incorporate into your routine. I think I'll find it strange when I start wearing the retainer only at night. I thank the entire team that has been assisting me during this period.
The service was impeccable from start to finish. Reception, scanner, X-ray, receptionist, and dentists. Clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment.
Excellent service. I wear braces, and the doctor informed me that it was time to remove them and that leaving them on any longer could affect the roots of my teeth due to the movement. I found this completely different from all the other dental offices I've been to; they knew how to think about the patient with empathy and technique, and not just focus on profit. I highly recommend them!
The service is great, but if you arrive early expecting to be seen before your scheduled time, don't even bother. This is the second time it's happened to me; the first time I arrived almost an hour early and they didn't move me up, they let the patient who arrived late beyond the grace period go ahead. Excellent service at every appointment. I'm halfway through treatment and the experience has been very good. The professionals who attend to me are always very friendly and helpful. They have an appointment scheduling system through the app, but they also respond quickly via WhatsApp.
If unforeseen circumstances arise, it's impossible to speak to a human being; the service is provided by robots... this is very frustrating. You can't even call the office, for example.
