Dental Azuna and Dr Gilberto Galvez teamed up to handle our issues. They even managed to save my molar that a US place said needed an emergency extraction. Thanks and I'm so glad we chose SOTA. BTW, don't worry, they have excellent communication skills in English language. Communication will not be any issue. We are just ordinary people that are extremely pleased with their services and received no remuneration for this review.

my crown ready by Monday morning. It was a higher quality service and crown than I received in the USA and at a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend this group and hope to be back.

without hassle because they actually provided transportation service, which is very amazing. I was also amazed with their state-of-the-art equipment, some of it I did not see in any other clinic. Because they have this new hi-tech equipment, the tooth extraction I had was painless and super quick. The clinic is very hygienic and they really provided good service because when I got there, they immediately accommodated me. The staff are very friendly and professional as well. Dr. Galvez attended me. He is very nice and doesn’t make me feel awkward. He works very gently and precisely I really could tell he knows everything he is doing. He speaks very good English and was very conversational. Before we started the procedure, we talked for while about how I am doing, do I have allergies, do I have hypertension, we also talked about my hobbies and work. I normally get anxious when I go to clinics, maybe because I got this stereotype that doctors do not care about how you feel as long as they get the job done, but not Dr. Galvez. At first I was nervous with the procedure because I’ve heard from some of friends that the extraction is painful but he assured me that it painless. After the procedure, he discussed about the healing process and the do's and don'ts as well as the treatments that are on my budget. He is very professional without the awkwardness. I highly recommend this clinic. Professional people + state-of-the-art equipment + great customer service. I will certainly be a lifetime customer with these guys. Especially when you can relax on the beach in Cancun. That’s a plus.

and decided to look for a more affordable option. I simply couldn't stand the pain that I was experiencing anymore. A friend of mine had visited Sota Dental in Cancun, telling me that they offer much cheaper but quality dental care. The clinic there was clean and had some really nice equipment. The staff was very helpful and spoke English well, I also did not need to wait long for me to be entertained. The dentist that attended to me was Dr. Galvez. He was very professional and explained everything to me very clearly. He even offered me choices for all of those things that he could do and how it would affect me and my budget. He was really easy to talk to since he spoke English fluently and I felt very comfortable letting him oversee my procudure. I was seen by 3 doctors in total. The procedure was not painful at all and he gave me clear instructions on what I should be doing while recovery period. I am happy to have found this awesome clinic. It was so easy to coordinate with them and get an appointment. They were really so welcoming and they made the whole process so easy. They even gave me a ride to and from where I was staying. I will totally recommend this clinic to my family and friends and will be sure to come back if I need any other dental services. I'm so glad that I was finally able to have my wisdom teeth removed.

with getting work done in Mexico so I just researched online. Fortunately after reading a bunch of reviews and researching about different clinics, I stumbled upon Dr. Galvez. I first sent an email to their office and received a prompt and detailed reply about my queries with everything, from traveling to the clinic, what they offer, and the whole process. This was very helpful and made the trip very easy. I had my appointment on the same day that I arrived. So, on the day of my appointment, I went to the Sota Dental Clinic and the first few things I noticed were how friendly the staff were. Everyone speaks English around the clinic which surprised me. The clinic itself was clean and well-maintained. I didn’t have a problem finding it by myself and with the help of Google Maps. Some people said Cancun is tricky in the downtown area, but I didn’t think so. But for those who will be staying the night or a couple days, the staff told me that they also offer pick up from the hotel you are staying at to the clinic which is a major bonus. The doctor who did my implants was recommended to me by Dr. Galvez and he discussed to me various options that matched my budget. He was very professional and patiently explained to me everything regarding the procedure that I wanted to do. The whole process was pain-free and might I say that they did a really good job with my teeth. It has been a few months now and everything feels great. I was worried that it would hurt so much but thankfully it didn’t. Overall, I’m very pleased with the result and knowing that I only paid a fraction of the price if I were to have it done here. California is expensive!

it helped a lot too. Since then I have visited Dr. Galvez for my root canals last 2 times. He makes every effort to fix your teeth. We will come back to him when we have troubles with our teeth. n appointment. The clinic where Dr. Galvez is now is recently opened and looks like everything I snew. When I got there, I was attended to by “Dr. Galvez” and his nurse. He is very kind and speaks English well. He inspected my mouth and explained to me that one of my teeth was infected already. Dr. Galvez suggested to have it done by root canal & crown. I was worried at first but because it was fairly cheap, compared to the rate/prices of root canal operations in the US. My worries were unnecessary because it was by far the best dental experience I ever had. The operation went well and I am very satisfied with the results.

the same year, my Mom happened to tell her my problem. My Aunt told her about Dr. Galvez and immediately referred me to Sota Dental. My Aunt booked me an appointment at Sota Dental right away, and fast forward two weeks, I find myself arriving at Mexico, feeling a bit nervous and excited for the root canal procedure I’ll be going through. And boy, I was surprised. Aside from the fact that the Sota Dental clinic is a clean place filled with high quality dental equipment, this clinic greatly helped me save a lot for the cheaper, but high quality root canal service. Dr. Galvez gave me a wonderful experience I never thought I would have on a dental clinic. He is so professional! Although Mexicans, Dr. Galvez, his secretary and his assistant nurse are very fluent in the English language, I did not have a hard time having a conversation with them during the consultation before and after the root canal procedure. They thoroughly explained the procedures beforehand; from which I felt their efficiency, kindness and professionalism at the highest degree. That is the amazing feeling I felt all the way from the reception staff to the wonderful and friendly Dr. Galvez. I will never go to another dentist if I don’t have to. MY dentist back home never was this good. I never thought that going to a dentist could be such a pleasant experience. Dr. Galvez and his nurse took every measure to ensure I was comfortable and not in any pain. The procedures were almost painless; I felt very much at ease at how professional Dr. Galvez is. Probably the most painful part was the tiny little needle for tooth numbing, and it was barely a pinch. If you ever had any concerns about having a root canal, you don’t have to worry if you’re going to have Dr. Galvez at Sota Dental. I was really grateful to have had that kind of experience. Trust me when I say that your experience will be terrific. You will feel minimal discomfort if there is any at all. Dr. Galvez and his nurse really care about their patients and you can see that level of care and concern as soon as you walk in the door. Thank you Sota Dental. I will see you again (hopefully not too soon though.)

superb service prompting me to immediately set an appointment with them. I flew down to Cancun, Mexico where Sota Dental is located. It felt like I was hitting two birds with one stone. Not only that I would get a new set of teeth implants but I would get to see Cancun, Mexico where there are plenty of beautiful places to visit such as the ancient Mayan ruins. It actually seemed like I was just taking a vacation. On appointment day, the Sota Dental driver fetched me from the hotel where I was staying which really impressed me more. On the way to the clinic, the driver told me about historic places in and around Cancun. I really felt great, it really seemed like I was a tourist. Upon reaching clinic, the driver opened the car door for me and ushered me in. The clinic has a sophisticated look. It was neat and clean. The dental equipment were all brand new. Another good thing about Sota Dental was that I didn’t have to sit down and wait for hours at the reception area. The friendly staff were very hospitable and all speak good English. They were all quick to assist me. Finally, I got to meet the guys a nice assistant and Dr. Gilberto. The secretary whom I set an appointment with was even friendlier in person. I was then introduced to another doctor who did my implant. He was just as accommodating, friendly, and speak impeccable English. Dr. Galvez and the other doctors were very professional, he gave me plenty of options on how to go about my tooth implant. I did not have a lot of money so they gave me options on different kinds of implants. The options he gave me were all within my budget. As a matter of fact, after the operation, I even have extra some dollars left for sightseeing. I also saw another nice doctor who did my implant who was great. Thank you Dr. Gilberto for giving me the perfect set of tooth implants. You made me smile my sweetest.

not familiar with the place. The location of Sota Dental clinic is very easy to find because it is near the SUPERRAMA market. I arrived safely in the clinic for my teeth check-up. The clinic looks very elegant and clean. The staff all greeted me and they even offered me some tea while waiting for the doctor who was assigned to me. I didn’t wait too long because they have a good client service and the ambiance was very relaxing. The doctor who examined and check my teeth was Dr. Galvez & his assistants. He is a very professional doctor, intelligent, and understanding. He told me to calm down and relax. He asked few questions about my teeth and how I want the implant to be placed on some parts of my teeth. He gave suggestions to me on where the teeth implant suits well. He really listened to my opinions regarding the implant and he made sure that I am comfortable and ready for the teeth implant. After my teeth was examined for the implants, Dr. Galvez told me to prepare for the teeth implant the next day. They gave me an anesthesia so that I will not feel pain while they are conducting the implant. I was nervous because it is my first time to have a teeth implant but the staff in the clinic comforted me and they are all very accommodating. The implant procedure lasted for a little over an hour. I did not feel the pain and the implant is really great. I am thankful to the Sota Dental clinic especially to Dr. Galvez who made my teeth perfect! Now I am always camera ready because I have a pretty smile now. To those who are planning to have a dental service on their teeth, I recommend Sota Dental because they offer a great deal with reasonable prices. My long travel going to Sota Dental was definitely worth it! Thank you S ota Dental for the hope and confidence that you gave to me.

Dr. Galvez to me. Not only is he really affordable, the staff are also really accommodating. The dentist, Dr. Galvez, was very kind enough to give me several options on treatments depending on my budget. He was also totally exceptional at what he does. It seems to me like he is very light handed because there was no pain during the entire procedure. Apart from that, he also explained everything so I would understand what I was about to go through. I am so glad that I came all the way to Sota Dental to have my teeth done because everything was basically perfect. It fit my budget at an absolutely wonderful quality that is at par to the dental clinics in the US. The process was also really smooth, thanks to the staff. I am definitely recommending this to my family and friends, and I would gladly have all my procedures done here in the future.

I was the lucky one to meet Dr. Gilbert at the Ocean Dental Cancun Clinic, because for few years, when visiting Cancun Mexico, I always checked my problematic teeth with him and I always get best care and advise.
