Excellent service, air-conditioned environment, and prices that fit our budget.
Terrible service, the receptionist is rude and I've seen several people complaining about her. She doesn't know how to help or converse and apparently treats others according to their social class. I found her extremely arrogant.

Dr. Letícia is a sweetheart! I've been undergoing orthodontic treatment for 2 years and she's always been ready to help whenever I've needed her. Plus, her service is impeccable. I highly recommend her!

I can only thank Dr. Letícia Noal, who is taking care of my orthodontic treatment. From the beginning, she has always been helpful and answered all my questions. She is, without a doubt, the best doctor in Cascavel! The entire team is wonderful — from reception to finance — everyone is extremely attentive. The clinic also has state-of-the-art equipment. I recommend it without hesitation!

One of the best services I've ever received. The receptionist, finance department, and dentist all deserve praise. The doctor explained the procedure in detail and was very patient with me.
I was very pleased with the service; all the professionals at the clinic were very attentive, and most importantly, the service was done with great care and was impeccable. The dentist who treated me also said I could come back if I had any problems, but it wasn't necessary!

Worst service I've ever experienced in my life. Rude receptionist, and the dentist was even worse, rude and a liar. They say the contract is for 2 and a half years and then you don't need to pay anymore. Then at the end they say you need to stay for another year and continue paying the installments. Cleaning that doesn't clean anything, the teeth are as watery as before the cleaning. Don't come…

However, each orthodontic case evolves differently, and may require more or less time to achieve the ideal result. When the contractual term ends, the patient has complete freedom to choose whether to continue treatment or terminate it at that time. If they choose to continue, an addendum to the contract is made, ensuring transparency and security for both parties — without any undue charges. We would also like to emphasize that the cleaning performed at the clinic follows the indicated clinical protocols, but we are available to reassess if you are dissatisfied. You schedule an appointment and are rarely seen on time; every time there's a delay of at least 40 minutes to an hour. They charge absurd prices and treat you according to your social status! If you're poor, you'll be treated as such; if you're rich, you get priority in everything!!
