They are not honoring their commitments to the prosthetic schedule. My mother has been waiting since August 2024, and it's now October 2024, and nothing has happened. The only person I've heard complaints from is the reception (who are not at fault). This negligence has been causing harm to my mother's life. Complete disregard for delivery deadlines.

I've been in treatment for 3 months. The clinic is clean, organized, with excellent professionals (especially my dentist, Dr. Raphael), the reception is top-notch, they respond quickly on WhatsApp for scheduling appointments, and the bathroom is clean. I recommend it!
