The worst clinic you could find in São Luís. My advice: don't go there... terrible... you arrive at 2 PM and are only seen for about 5 hours. Awful.

Hello Maria Elizângela, we work with two options: APPOINTMENT or FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED. We have two teams, one that always attends by appointment, and another team that will attend to patients who have not scheduled and therefore do not have a defined time, and if it is a very busy day, it will indeed take longer than usual. That's why we always advise you to SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT so that you will always have your priority service. Count on us always! Oh, now we have another unit in the center, so first-come, first-served appointments are much faster!

I went to the Sorriso e Cia Deodoro clinic for a check-up, as I had paid for and had maintenance done about 5 days ago as usual. However, the ligatures started to come loose and two teeth were painful. I notified the clinic, and they gave me instructions and scheduled a return visit for my doctor to check what was happening. information, and she responded with irony, showing a certain disdain for my problem. She told me to come back another day because there were 5 people ahead of me and they wouldn't have time to see me. I understand that the clinic has a high demand and I could have waited if they hadn't been in a hurry. I am expressing my indignation at the poor service from this receptionist. Regardless of what the client is feeling, nothing justifies being treated like that. I have no complaints about the other professionals who work there, as they are professional and attentive.

Right now, before noon, the person in charge of maintenance went out for lunch. I was the only patient there, and she didn't even see me or communicate anything to me. I asked her to please see me, and she said she was on her lunch break. This shows a great lack of information, consideration, and empathy for others.
