I've been a patient at Clinica Sorrir for 2 years. I've always received excellent service. I recently went to the clinic (January 2025) for TMJ treatment, and everything was great from beginning to end. 10 out of 10.
In April/May 2023, I started treatment at the clinic with the Sou Smile aligner. Initially, the project was supposed to last one year, but it extended to more than two years. It wasn't possible to finish the treatment using the aligner, so I had to wear fixed braces on my lower teeth for another four months, which I had to pay for myself. told me it would be entirely my responsibility if I didn't get the fixed braces there. In the end, I spoke with other dentists, and they told me that it would be possible to complete the treatment using only the aligner. Although the treatment with the aligner lasted longer than planned, I didn't incur any further costs with Sou Smile, but I did have the scans done several times, each costing 200 reais. I had the fixed braces removed and the retainer put on, but I felt the final result was poorly done in the sense that I didn't see my before and after photos. I never had access to them. I wore aligners for years, couldn't complete the treatment, had to get braces and pay the monthly fees, and didn't even get an update on the progress and results of my treatment. Dr. Murilo, who fitted the braces and was with me for the last few months, is an excellent professional, always polite, communicative, and ready to answer questions.

Regarding the implant, everything went well, but the prosthesis has a gap between the adjacent tooth, which always causes food to get stuck when I eat. I went back a month later to complain, and Dr. Sérgio said that's how it was supposed to be. Regarding your case, and as explained in our last consultation, we understand the importance of proper hygiene and all the care inherent to dental implants, and the need to remove your wisdom tooth was summarily expressed so as not to damage your implant. Therefore, we are ready and certain of your understanding.
After the treatment was finalized, the dentist didn't pay attention to the details that needed adjusting. She didn't contact me and only offered her private service for resin application. After 8 months of this situation, in consultation with other dentists, it's clear that the treatment plan was finalized reluctantly, and the result was clearly negative.
