My mother arrived there in the morning, they didn't take her seriously. When she got to the clinic, there was no one waiting to be seen, and she just wanted a quick evaluation, you know? They attended to the other patients who arrived and left her waiting. Terrible experience, terrible service, never again.

It's a dental clinic in downtown Porto Alegre. I had two fillings done by a dentist, and for me, they were successful; she's a very good professional. I was only bothered by being charged for the service before it was performed.
Clinics in downtown Porto Alegre are experiencing delays in scheduled appointments. It's like the public healthcare system (SUS) providing the service.
