I work traveling and explained that I needed everything to be in order by a specific timeframe, as I would soon be leaving and wouldn't have dental care. They understood the situation and gave me a false sense of security, which led me to invest almost R$4,000.00 in my teeth. I didn't have a problem with the price, as what mattered and what I expected was the quality of the service. However, the clinic lacks the competence to charge that amount. I returned several times because of tooth pain (which I had never experienced before), and each time I was seen by different professionals who said different things. Last time, I went back because I felt a piece of my wisdom tooth that hadn't been removed and was painful, scratching my tongue. The new doctor that day informed me that it was an exposure of the bone spicule after the wisdom tooth extraction and that it would need to be filed down. I asked what would happen if I didn't have the procedure done, and she confirmed that it would cause discomfort and wouldn't regress. I decided to think it over before having the procedure done at the clinic, even though I had scheduled it. And, to my surprise, in just 2 days, my gums returned to normal, and I can't feel or see the exposed bone anymore. This clinic is highly questionable. I saw another woman complaining to them on the last day I was seen as well. I don't understand how they have a 4.7 rating on Google, because if it's going to be this kind of quality, I'd rather go to the public health system (SUS) and wait in line. Maybe the SUS is even better. It's not worth it: it's disorganized, lacks professionalism, employees talk about personal matters and patients in front of everyone, doctors dismiss complaints about poor service, high price and very low quality. A complete mess, I don't recommend it!

am, which is the clinic's first appointment time, this time with Dr. Michele. I arrived today, August 5th, 2025, which was the scheduled day at 9 am sharp. I stopped everything I was doing so I wouldn't be late. Dentist Michele arrived at 9:15 am and was still changing and getting ready to see me, meaning it would still take at least another 10 minutes, and I would be seen around 9:30 am. There was another young woman also waiting for her appointment, and she commented to me that at Sorridents Gonzaga it's always like this, the dentists are always very late. She also had the first appointment scheduled and told me that the dentist Michele was 40 minutes late! At the very least, if the dentist has a patient at 9 am, which is the first appointment, she has to arrive either on time or a little earlier to prepare for the appointment. That's being professional. When there's the excuse that there was a delay because of another patient being seen before us, we can understand. But for the dentist to be late for the first appointment is really very negligent and, apparently, a recurring behavior. I found it a huge lack of respect for the client, because I went twice and both times they were late. It's really a place I'll never go back to.

I contacted the staff and requested a refund of R$200.00 for one of the teeth, as the restoration wasn't performed because, according to the professional, it was indeed a root canal. The attendant, Augusto, instructed me to write a letter, which I did and delivered in person, and said the amount would be reimbursed within 30 days. It's been 3 MONTHS and still nothing, and what's worse is that they hardly ever respond to the messages I send to find out if they're going to refund the money or not. And besides the money they owe me, I asked for post-treatment guidance because I was experiencing pain and a lot of sensitivity in the teeth that underwent the treatment, and I had to find another professional where I live to prescribe emergency medication, because Sorridents didn't even offer me that kind of post-treatment support.
