Well, Sorridents dental clinic is the best clinic there is. I received excellent service, my experience with the clinic is the best, the people are very friendly, and they deserve congratulations for the work of this clinic.

The service is good until you have a problem! They don't resolve anything, they just drag their feet and don't give any explanation! I rate Sorridents Dourados MS as terrible.

First impressions are lasting impressions. In my case, it was terrible. I rushed there with my wife hoping to at least alleviate her terrible toothache. At 7:35 PM, therefore, 25 minutes before closing time (according to the announcement on this page), we were informed that the service was closed... At the moment the closing was signaled, there was not enough time for further explanations, as the couple left the clinic immediately, before we could advise them on scheduling, fitting them into another time slot, or offering alternative care options. We reiterate that our clinic is always available to guide and support you in the best possible way, within the necessary safety protocols and hours for responsible care. We remain available for any further clarification.
During the orthodontic treatment, there were many changes of professionals, which meant they ended up losing track of what needed to be done because they weren't monitoring the treatment.
