I would never recommend them. Now I've found out they tried to scam another customer by issuing a card without their authorization. How long will they continue doing this? If I could, I wouldn't give them any stars.

On the day of your visit, your wife was the one who was seen at our clinic — and the procedure went smoothly, with all the care and professionalism that we value in all our units. At the end, a medical certificate in your name was requested; however, according to ethical and legal standards, it is only possible to issue medical certificates for patients who receive clinical care, which was not your case. Our professional explained this cordially, but unfortunately there was a moment of exasperation, with verbal offenses directed at the team, which goes against the respectful environment we cultivate with everyone who comes here. I finished my orthodontic treatment with them because of the more affordable maintenance costs. When I finished, Dr. Luana recommended I get veneers on some teeth, and I loved the natural result. Now my mother is getting a fixed prosthesis at the clinic. The team is top-notch!
