Upon arrival, I was very well attended to, they performed exams and told me that there would be no problem whatsoever in getting a protocol prosthesis. The next day they started the treatment. I confess that when I saw such a young team, I was apprehensive, not to mention that I HAVE A FEAR OF DENTISTS. Whenever I went to have a procedure done, I would ask another professional to come in with me so I could squeeze their hand, and I didn't feel any pain, hahaha, they were so patient with me. However, they gave me so much confidence, love, and care from the whole team that I decided to go ahead, and everything went very smoothly. There were also the naysayers and the myths surrounding implant-supported prosthesis treatment. They finished the upper part in December 2023. You have no idea how happy I am with the final result; the whole team that accompanied me heard my smile, they came into the consultation and celebrated my happiness. They even managed to treat the lower part, which is almost finished. I was so used to dentures that I didn't even know how to chew anymore. I am so grateful to God for putting me in the hands of such a young but highly competent team. Congratulations to all of you. I authorize you to show my before and after photos. I am so happy that I decided to share this incredible experience with you. A detail: even without scheduling an appointment, I NEVER found the clinic's facade. In the beginning, if you could have seen my panicked face, hahaha. Thank you so much for your care and attention. You need to see my new smile and my improved quality of life in chewing, speaking, smiling, etc... Thank you, my loves. IT WAS COMPLETELY EASY AND PAINLESS.
Reception and screening were perfect, it seemed to be the best place, clean and organized, however my procedure was quick, it didn't take 5 minutes, the work was rough and lacked detail, there was a lack of dedication and interest in keeping the client, I left with no interest in returning. I wish I could have given many compliments and recommendations. *I do not recommend*
My treatment was scheduled for today, February 6th, 2023, at 8:00 AM, and the payment has already been made. Upon arrival, the doors were closed, and even worse, no one called or sent a message. A complete lack of respect for the patient. 🤨 …
