I'm paying for my wife's treatment, which is very expensive, and they scheduled an appointment for 8:00 a.m. When we arrived, they said the doctor hadn't shown up. We waited two hours and weren't seen. We had to leave because we had other things to do. If it's a private procedure and we're paying high prices, they should provide better service and not make people waste their time.

The service is very good, the staff is friendly, but what is really annoying is the lack of punctuality. They never attend to you at the appointment time. I have had to wait several times for up to an hour to be seen. I don't understand why they assign you an appointment time if in the long run they never keep it.

That place is terrible, it's too expensive, many times I've waited an hour to be seen, the doctor doesn't dedicate the necessary time, it seems like they don't care about the patient but about the number of clients, I even have a lawsuit against that clinic.

Terrible service. They honestly don't know how to respect people's time or schedules. Disgusting service and zero attention. Until they see you out of your mind, they don't deign to treat you. They shouldn't even give you a star, because this place is a total mess. Doctors arrive whenever they want and then have the nerve to make you wait.

I don't like to speak negatively, but I think they have a lot of room for improvement. I think they should be more considerate of the patient; everyone seems rushed. When administering anesthesia, they should be more aware that we're not made of wood or that we can't feel anything.

The people who work at this Tequendama location are unprofessional. They don't keep appointments, they're late, and they have no idea what they're going to do for the patient. They almost gave my daughter a completely different treatment than orthodontics; instead of orthodontics, they were going to do teeth whitening.
