that same visit she very gently did a few mouldings for my new denture To my surprise the moulding was so carefully n professionally done I felt so relaxed n good Was asked to return in two weeks time to try the moulding to see whether any adjustment needed Another appointment was made in two weeks time to try in denture A little adjustment was carefully done to make sure it’s comfortable n well fitted After the Technician has finally completed constructing my denture in I was finally called to the clinic to collect my denture n have them fixed on The next day Dr Tan was so concern n message me to inquire whether everything was ok with my denture n that she can fixed an appointment for me if I need some adjustments Today I want to say thank you Dr Tan for a job well done I will stronhly recommend my friends to go to smilingsdental JB if they need some dental care n advice From Mdm Tan

Pleasant visit. Good reception, neat interior. Dr Eileen was gentle with my girl, and advised objectively on the next steps to ensure future healthy teeth to my daughter. Good location, with ample parking.
Shady reservation procedures. Said they only had 1 slot at 9am but when I arrived, they told another patient (on the phone) that the next slot was 1030. Felt more like a sweatshop for money. Speedy tho. Cleaning and polishing took under 20 mins. RE: Apmt attempt 1: Booked for 25-Feb on the 16-Feb. Informed on the 23rd-Feb to reschedule. I didn't give a reason. Rescheduled to 10-Mar. pt 2: Request to reschedule 10-Mar booking due to elbow injury (informed on 4-Mar). Rescheduled to 19-Apr. Requested for scaling AND/OR filling if required due to first visit. Smilings remarked that they ONLY had 9am booking on the day. Actual appointment: Arrived late by 15 mins. Doctor asked if I have discomfort. I told her I did on one tooth. If I can recall there was no response after I told her one tooth isn't comfortable. Proceeds to speedy scaling. Before starting scaling, I asked, so you're not gonna check it ? Proceeds to give change of facial expression (may not be true as this point is one sided) then quick X-ray before scaling. After appointment, went out to the reception area, nurse receives a phone call and says there is booking for 1030am?? After the Google review, they called me to say that there was a "misunderstanding". My impression and Q&A for Smilings. 1. First visits are given 1 hr. Should you need any filling (you won't know until you visit and you won't know how many you have), have to book another appointment. They will not do anything else unless SPECIFICALLY specified. 2. Appt allocation is based on whether or not you show up for the first booking. Reasoning and rescheduling will place you on a lower priority regardless of where you are from. 3. Each doc is given a specific amount of time for patients based on what is requested of them. No more no less. Q&A for Smilings. 1. Will time allowances be given to people that visit Smilings if they are from SG ? 2. Will a second visit be required if you find more cavities that you expect? 3. Am I able to tell how many fillings are required before the first visit ? 4. Will you consider other circumstances to which a cancellation or rescheduling be required? 5. Will you check for cavities only when instructed?

I went to do my crown dentures with Dr Tan Yann Ling. It has been a positive and pleasant experience under her care. I must say she is a very detailed, careful, meticulous and professional dentist. SmiLings Dental Clinic was the first dental clinic that I’m found in JB. So glad I’m encounter Dr.Tan here. She is very friendly, skilful and patient. I’m a person very scare to visit dental clinic, but this is the only clinic I’m will keep visit to check my teeth.
I was introduced to Dr Eileen by a friend who comes here regularly for his dental needs. Having had trauma from primary school dentists who constantly scolds and am angsty about my teeth growing up, I never have had a pleasant experience at the dentist. It was the most comfortable dental treatment I've ever experienced. Though her young appearance, Dr. Joey's professional treatment was impressive. She is very empathy and very passionate towards her job. Highly recommended this clinic.
SmiLings Dental Clinic was the first and only clinic to respond to my queries via WhatsApp. Their response was prompt and spot on. My 2 sons and I had all our teeth washed, 2 cavities filled and 1 tooth extracted by two able and friendly dentists. Finally, the charges were totally reasonable!

I’m really impressed with Dr. Joey’s prompt and efficient care. She took the time to make sure everything was properly treated and handled with great confidence and attention to detail. Very clean clinic and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. Did scaling and air polishing as recommended by Dr Jenny and I can see the results immediately. It's also totally painless and not a drop of blood was harmed. Highly recommend!
