The clinic that makes you smile with ease. Booked an appointment on Saturday noon. Arrived and waited less than 15 minutes before my turn arrived. This was my second visit, and both times, Dr. Joey cleaned and polished my teeth. She was very polite and patient. She helped me with my coffee-related staining and tartar. Cleaning and polishing cost RM140+RM60.
I recently had a tooth extraction with Dr. Tan, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Her skill is truly commendable—I didn’t experience any pain or discomfort, both during and after the procedure. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout. Highly recommend Dr. Tan for her professionalism and expertise!
Completed my Invisalign treatment at SmiLings Dental in just 7 months (Feb 24 - Sept 24). Dr.Tan is very professional and experienced, the entire treatment process was very smooth and comfortable. services in Singapore are expensive, and I wasn’t sure if it would be the same in Johor. However, when I arrived at the clinic, I was relieved to find that the prices were much more reasonable—about one-third of what I would have paid in Singapore. I received three services: fillings for two teeth, along with scaling and polishing, all for the incredibly affordable price of SGD $148. I wasn’t sure what treatments I needed initially, so I had a consultation where the clinic explained the procedures and prices clearly. The consultation fee was SGD $30, but they were very understanding when I explained I was a student and helped me adapt the treatment plan to suit my budget. Dr. Chua, who handled my treatment, was extremely kind and reassuring, especially when I felt nervous. The quality of the filling was excellent, and Dr. Chua was attentive throughout, constantly checking in on me to ensure I wasn’t in pain. One of my teeth was deeply decayed, and she took extra care by applying medication during the procedure. I got no pain after the treatment and I was very satisfied with the level of care I received.
Dr Eileen, great handling no discomfort did scaling and polishing. Very happy with the outcome. Quick and swift 30 mins I was done. Wished I ask more about my teeth and gums. Overall 5/5 no complains. Would go back and deal with same Dr Eileen

Finding an affordable and quality root canal treatment in JB isn’t easy, but I was fortunate to discover Smiling Dental online. Their service is truly outstanding. I want to thank Dr. Joey for alleviating my tooth pain; she ensured I was comfortable and pain-free throughout the procedure. Dr Trish was very kind and friendly. Made sure to explain each step of the procedure in a very friendly and easy to understand manner. I was cold with the aircon on during treatment and they very kindly gave a blanket! Very comfortable treatment. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend. I am happy with the dental service. Dr. Joey, the dentist, is kind, easy to talk to, and explains procedures clearly. Her assistant is also kind, and the receptionist is friendly. The clinic is clean and has a good ambiance.
Dental clinic that got me SMILING😃 Staff are professional and the dentist is experienced, professional, and good. She paid notice to my tooth sensitivity and told me to alert her should I experience too much of a discomfort. Scaling and polishing adds up to around RM130. Highly recommended.
Dr. Trish is outstanding! She not only provides excellent dental care but also follows up after appointments to ensure I’m doing well. She explains procedures in a clear and professional manner before starting any treatment, which makes me feel comfortable and informed. Highly recommend her!

I dont recommend here if you are on a tight schedule. They need to improve the reservation process, and spare a thought for the patients. I made a reservation at 3.30pm. an earlier slot now. Great, I said okay I managed to get a grab car at 2.32pm and texted them I'm on the way, they replied okay. I was about to alight from grab at 2.57pm, when suddenly I received a text from the clinic, telling me they have another customer at 3pm, so now they can only see me at my original 3.30pm appointment. They texted me at 2.30pm to come over, and expect me to magically appear at their doorstep at 2.30pm? Then when I took a grab over, they said it's too late? If you have another patient at 3pm, then you shouldn't have moved me earlier, or expect me to appear at your doorstep immediately after you texted at 2.30pm. Your patient's time is also valuable. When I shared my feedback at the clinic, they were unapologetic, no service recovery, and took no responsibility. Please respect the time of your patients. Be more considerate.
