Today I had my wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Prim. She's incredibly kind and gentle, and most importantly, has an amazing touch. I didn't even feel any pain from the local anesthetic injection. It was great! It didn't hurt at all. I was so scared of having my wisdom teeth removed. It was perfect! The dentist explained everything well, was very gentle, and the price wasn't high. The clinic was clean. Perfect for people like me who are afraid of dental work.

but this felt excessive and pressure-inducing. Upon arrival, I filled out the forms, and the dentist called me in immediately. I didn't even have time to sit down and rest. The dentist wasn't very gentle; it felt like they were rushing to get it over with.

The dentist was gentler than I expected, as I'm very afraid of dental procedures. The staff provided excellent service from the moment I entered until I left the clinic, and they also offered advice on how to manage my teeth.

The service was absolutely terrible. The first time I got my retainer made, it was loose; the second time, it wouldn't fit. The counter staff were unfriendly and wasted a lot of my time; they didn't even apologize. (But the dentist was nice.) Overall, it was awful.

We sincerely apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced. Regarding the retainer, the initial impression material may have shrunk or malfunctioned during the lab process. This was a genuine error, but one that can occasionally occur in retainer manufacturing. As a result, it didn't fit properly. We promptly rectified this by taking a new impression and creating a new retainer. The dentist then adjusted and cared for the retainer until it fit perfectly. Concerning the counter service, we haven't ignored your complaint. Our management team has reviewed the CCTV footage from the day and time of your visit and found that our staff attempted to assist and resolve the issue to the best of their ability according to proper procedures. However, we deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will use your feedback to improve our services.

The dental work was excellent, and the owner was very nice.
Excellent! I went to get my wisdom tooth extracted. At first, I thought it would require surgery, but it was just a simple extraction. From the moment I walked into the clinic until I paid, it felt like less than half an hour. The doctor explained everything well and gave good advice. It only hurt a little when they injected the local anesthetic; everything else was very comfortable.
