Wonderful people, efficient work and professional behavior. Very serious attitude towards the long-term health of the patient. For the first time in a dental office I had absolute confidence in the doctor and nurse, who were Mrs. Victoria and Mr. Yakov. Overall a very pleasant experience (I can't even believe I'm saying this about a dental examination, but it turns out to be exactly that).
I am very pleased with the entire Smile Point team, excellent attitude and professionalism.
The same story as the previous dissatisfied one. A plan for aligners, a dead tooth for no reason and pulpitis caused by them... and a tooth decay, which the dentist herself said - I'm not very happy about this, but.... Once they refunded the money, draw your own conclusions....
I can confidently say that after my experience at Smile Point, I will never go anywhere else for my dental care. The level of professionalism, modern technology, and personalized attention is unmatched. If you want a dental clinic that sets a new standard, this is it.

will start by how great professionals they are. They work extremely precisely, they ask you if you feel good, if you are in pain, they do not leave anything unattended or not well done. Their entire team is very welcoming, responsive, attentive and tactful towards their patients. My fear completely disappeared when I was in their hands. The treatment itself went very smoothly and easily. The clinic is extremely clean and maintained. I have no regrets at all about choosing Smilepoint and I think that anyone who is yet to make this choice will make the best decision if they choose this clinic. They made me a plan that after 5 years and a serious amount of money would probably have some result. When I asked which of the listed ones would fix my problem, it turned out that no one cares what problem I went to the clinic with, they just sell aligners to each patient. Later, in another place, with a real orthodontist, they fixed my problem in 2 months. I do not recommend it!
I visited Dr. Yakov for treatment and was extremely satisfied. He is a great professional – he works carefully, explains everything in detail and creates a relaxed atmosphere. The procedure was completely painless, and the result – excellent! I recommend him with both hands!

Dr. Petrov is an excellent professional, has an extremely "light hand" and is the best dentist I have ever seen for both treatment and aesthetic manipulations. The new clinic is in a very pleasant location, with a wonderful atmosphere and a friendly team. There is also parking for patients.

A clinic where it is okay for the head dentist (Petrov) to be 42 minutes late (without any discount in the form of an apology), but if the client is 17 minutes late, his appointment is canceled and he is given a new one in 3 months (from today, August 28, for November 18)! Separately, the prices are not fixed and are quite floating (of course, only upwards), and for the anesthetic you pay twice, once for some weaker one with zero effect (probably ordinary water) and a second time for a stronger one with minimal effect (in all likelihood weathered). I won't even talk about the different skills and working methods of Dr. Petrov's subordinates, but it is not to be underestimated. Like many VIP establishments in Bulgaria, the only VIP thing here is the prices.

Dear Mr. Stoyanov, We rescheduled your appointment after you missed 2/3 of its duration and when you arrived at the office, we had already accommodated the next patient who had arrived early. There was no physical space for us to conduct the visit. Regarding the prices and the performed manipulations, you were provided with a treatment plan for which we spent an astronomical hour to explain to you in detail, including the financial part. We have introduced you in detail to each manipulation and the risks associated with it. Regarding the schedule, we explained to you that Dr. Petrov will be away for a long time in the coming months and this is the reason for the high workload of the schedule. It is obvious after the groundless attacks that you are making on us that you have lost trust in us and there is no way we can continue your treatment. We wish you all the best!
