I am undergoing implant treatment. The doctor explains everything very carefully. He is always considerate of the patient during treatment. When I don't understand English, he uses a translation device to explain things carefully, so I would recommend him to Japanese people as well.

the states that I’ve been going to for +30years. Everyone in the office speaks good English(especially all the doctors) so no need to worry about any communication errors or confusion. My regular doctor, Dr.Neeracha; is really cute and I would like to say that’s why I keep coming back but she’s also very skilled and gentle when it comes to any procedure. She makes sure that I know what they’re doing and what to expect. This actually goes for all the doctors I’ve met there, they all genuinely want me to be comfortable and know what to expect before they do it. This is not the norm in Thailand because I’ve been to plenty of highly recommended(by expats) places where the doctors seem reluctant to speak any English and perform the procedure as quickly as possible and have you out of the door/chair and on to the next patient. Smilebox really brings a level of comfort and attention that is equal to or better than being at home. I still don’t like the face cloth but I’ve gotten used to it lol. Very common in all of Asia.. The office is located just under a quiet entrance to a condo. It’s easy to miss the first time you go. Just need to look for the condo with a bunch of bamboo growing on the side of the building just past a nearby pedestrian bridge. Needless to say, I’ll keep coming back even if it’s far out of my way and I recommend everyone else to try this place as well. Thankyou Smilebox. Keep up the great work.
