Experienced bad treatment by Dr Lim S.M. , didn’t check throughly on the issue I mentioned, forced cleansing on the gums caused bleeding and loose troubles.

Regarding your concern about tooth 11, which has previously undergone root canal treatment and crown placement, mobility was noted during the visit. After a thorough assessment, occlusal interference from the lower incisors (41 and 42) was identified. A conservative occlusal adjustment was therefore carried out to reduce traumatic forces on tooth 11. This is a standard first-line approach aimed at preserving the tooth and preventing further damage, rather than proceeding immediately with more invasive options. In relation to the gum cleaning, your last professional scaling was recorded nearly two years ago. Scaling was recommended as part of routine dental care to manage plaque and calculus accumulation. Gum bleeding during scaling is commonly associated with underlying gum inflammation, especially when regular cleaning has been delayed. It is not caused by the procedure itself, nor does scaling cause teeth to become loose. On the contrary, untreated gum inflammation is a known cause of bleeding and tooth mobility. We always strive to provide ethical, evidence-based, and minimally invasive care in the best interest of our patients. We regret that this was perceived otherwise and would be happy to discuss your concerns further should you wish to contact the clinic directly.
