The receptionist was very polite and patient, and constantly paid attention to and followed up on the customer's condition 👍🏼 The doctor, needless to say, was gentle yet efficient, and kept asking about the customer's comfort throughout the process, which was truly wonderful 👍🏼 Dr. Low is definitely the gentlest and most attentive doctor I've ever met 🥹❤️

Dr Lim is very patient in explaining things in simple layman terms and make sure we fully understand before proceeding. He genuinely stands from the patient’s perspective and only advises treatments that are necessary in a professional manner. The clinic is very clean and the waiting environment is comfortable.
