from Sofia or Plovdiv at your suggestion to get better. Before that, you didn't mention what your options are? Extremely uncomfortable, I felt your unprofessionalism and incompetence towards the patient. Please warn me about your options in advance so that we don't waste our time, money and lives with your incompetence! It was hell to be left without teeth and told to get better!

a document describing what they found during the examination. I received a raised eyebrow, a cheeky look, and a finger pointing at her cheek, "here are the cavities." I still asked her to write down what she said, and she told me "give me the sheet for the appointment, I'll write them on the back." 😄 This was already extremely frivolous and went overboard. In an absolutely respectful tone, I told her that I was disappointed with her attitude and that I had hopes of getting my teeth fixed there.. and she, with an even more ironic tone and raised eyebrows, interrupted me with “Goodbye.” I added “you obviously don’t care” and left.. I am attaching photos of the “document” from the examination.
