The doctor was very nice. Overall, it was okay. However, the admin staff needs improvement; communication was difficult, they incorrectly informed me about the doctor's schedule, appointment information was unclear, and it wasted my time. They are not prepared to provide good service and should take a break.

If you're not ready to serve, then take a break. I made an appointment for wisdom tooth extraction, but they called to reschedule the appointment half an hour before the scheduled time, and told me to go another day instead. We already had our schedule cleared, so we couldn't just suddenly be free. This is too bad.
I got my retainer made in May, and now it's October, and it's broken. The clinic said the retainer only has a 3-month warranty, so they can't take responsibility. I'm quite disappointed because this clinic is close to where I live. I probably won't come back here again.
The doctor is skilled (and handsome too!), and the staff are lovely. Overall, a perfect 10 out of 10!
