The male general practitioner on duty this afternoon (November 7, 2024, I arrived around 6 PM) was VERY UNFRIENDLY. He even harassed sick people with his sarcastic way of speaking!!! He gave explanations and spoke in a fierce manner. I've been paying 140,000 rupiah every month for several years. So, you must be so dismissive of BPJS patients?? But after seeing the reviews, it turns out I'm not the only one who's had bad experiences here. The staff on duty at the front desk are also unfriendly, BRUTE!!
Today I went to the SMC dental clinic for treatment. I was satisfied with the prompt and kind dentist, and the friendly, polite, and patient nurses (Mrs. Desy) who served me without discriminating between BPJS and general patients.
