First time patient and as usual you never know what to expect. But decided to try it out since it was recommended by another friend. So all I did was a routine scaling, painless experience and the staff and Dr Jessica were very friendly and insightful. Definitely coming back here again!

I've been to clinics before where the scaling was quite uncomfortable but I didn't have that issue with Dr Jessica! she was really good, attentive, and addressed any concerns I had with thorough explanations. The clinic itself felt very welcoming. Would definitely revisit.

O pain at all. The entire process was a pleasant one and Dr Jessica even showed me the before / after pictures and advised me on what I needed to take note on when I'm brushing and to floss more 😄 For someone who isn't fond of visits to the dentist, it most definitely was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Dr Jessica when you come.

Did their new customer welcome package of scaling and polishing where they had a promo price of RM100. Dr Jessica did the job well, my teeth looks much cleaner now. However, I didn’t appreciate that they charged me an extra RM50 for air polishing. No one asked or told me about this before or during the procedure. Honestly I think this is not very ethical. The technique in this clinic is very poor. When the doctor was installing the dental crown for me, she seemed impatient. The crown didn't fit my teeth properly. On August 21st, I took my fallen dental crown to install it, but up to today, my teeth have been hurting and the tooth with the crown kept shaking.

Thank you for your feedback. We do hope to get an honest review from our patient. The crown that fell out was not done by our doctors at the clinic. Doctor recemented the original crown that was done by another clinic as per requested by you. The mobility of the tooth and pain are sourced from an infected tooth that was treated by a doctor from other clinic previously, which was clearly informed by our doctor. A radiograph was taken and explained clearly of the tooth condition. Hence, the pain and the mobility of the tooth is not due to the recementation of the crown. We hope this clarifies your concern. Thank you.
Usually it’s a 5 star service with Dr Jessica but today with Dr Kenneth, I left with my gum bleeding. The whole process of scaling felt rushed (maybe between 10-13mins) and painful. He didn’t inform me that he was going to use air polish too. Anyway, even with air polish, he accidentally sprayed the high pressure liquid on my tongue which was painful and still tingling as I left the clinic.…

The dentist is professional yet gentle, making the whole procedure quite pleasant. Can watch what's on the screen while getting your teeth done too. The staff are friendly and the booking process is very easy. I also like the cozy ambiance and aesthetics of the clinic.

I just finished my filling and scaling with Dr. Jessica, and I’m very happy with the experience. She’s extremely gentle, professional. I felt very comfortable throughout the procedure. The price was also very reasonable.
