Dr Maša is excellent, very kind, gentle, professional and real expert. She took time to explain to me everything while repairing my teeth and she made going to dentist a pleasant experience. She is really the best, I would recommend her to everyone.

Disaster! I had implants done and paid €3,970 for them, and now I have to have it all done again. They placed the implants crookedly; I have to raise my lower jaw by 3 cm to be able to get crowns. They're all just greedy and unprofessional bunglers. Stay away!! They even give themselves fake 5-star reviews!! You can contact me; I can send you the X-rays!! Ms. Ana Vulevic gives medical advice…

pain. After seeing two specialists,I was told that Dr. Ruzica Lalovic had shaved too much of my enamel of two teeth and caused two root canals. I had to pay huge amount of money to fix the damage she did. Few weeks ago, I flew to Serbia to see Dr. Ruzica Lalovic, because my contract was about to expire. My doctor from back home and other specialists told me to change few cracked crowns/veneers. Dr. Ruzica refused to change them and stated they are perfect. She mentioned, that she could change anything, I like, but, if, I pay for it(I had my contract still valid).She changed only one veneer and with the defect. I had a huge gap next to the following tooth. She told the gap will disappear. The next day my veneer ,which she changed got cracked and broken. I was told by Dr. Lalovic she is done with me, since my contract has ended and she is not responsible anymore. I had to fix the veneer in another clinic in Serbia. I was told by the professionals, that she made too tick porcelain, which at this moment , I am having issues with my gums. The porcelain is heavily glued. She damaged two teeth, which caused root canal. From my recent visit, the veneer she placed was defected, the next day got broken. I was traumatized with the treatment, I received from Dr. Ruzica Lalovic. She never admitted or apologized for the damage she did. Initially,I was never shown the contract or asked to sign. I do not recommend “ White clinic” and “Dental Office Smile Esthetics” in Serbia and hope the foreigners will take into consideration my unfortunate experience. Every statement, I made is supported with the dental specialist report.
