Had my whitening, scaling and polishing done here. The dentist was gentle and explained everything clearly. The clinic was clean and comfortable, and I’m really happy with the results. Highly recommended.

I'm Zurin...come for laser whitening treatment for 2 cycles...the price and treatment are very satisfying. The whitening results are also okay...just for 8 minutes...not long. Will come here again for other treatment..service is also very satisfying.

d not communicate much. As a patient who was already anxious, and this being my first time having a tooth removed, I felt uncomfortable and not well reassured during the procedure. Thankfully, the dental assistant was very kind and supportive, even allowing me to hold her hand during the procedure. The receptionist was also very concerned and checked on me when she saw me crying after the procedure. Unfortunately, this level of care did not come from the doctor. I hope the clinic can ensure a more consistent level of patient care, especially in terms of communication and bedside manner, as it truly makes a big difference to a patient’s experience. However, I will still give 5 stars because my overall experiences at this clinic have been positive, and I appreciate the kind and attentive staff.

Very disappointed with Smile Dental care Setapak. Their laser whitening is a scam don’t do it here. I took the Instant Glue and Radiant Boost package, costing over RM570, and the result was worse than a regular whitening I did earlier this year at another clinic. boost. However, the dentist went ahead and did the additional procedure without properly informing me, and I was later charged for an extra package against my will. This should have been clearly explained and approved beforehand. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind paying if it actually worked but but it didn’t. I ended up paying RM247 extra for absolutely no visible result. Also, I strongly doubt their high ratings and reviews, as they do not reflect clients real experience and looks like those paid or fake ones

for painless scaling is within the range of RM100–RM150, I was surprised that the fee was RM130, given the short duration of the procedure. In addition, I did not notice a polishing process being performed, as the suction was kept in my mouth throughout the procedure. From my understanding, polishing is usually carried out without continuous suction. As a patient, I expect a more detailed and consistent quality of scaling procedure, especially when the charges are comparable to previous sessions. I have also sent a personal message to the clinic to clarify this matter, but have not received any response so far. I hope the clinic can improve consistency in service quality and communication with patients. Thank you!

I saw this on Instagram and I have my doubts but the price was really affordable. I am glad I took my chances, did scaling and polishing. It was really good service. No pain. Just nice. One of the best scaling session in my life.

Tried their advanced laser whitening for the first time and I’m really impressed. The whole process was comfortable and I didn’t feel any ngilu at all compared to normal whitening treatments. The price is also very affordable, and it even includes scaling and polishing. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

We received the best service from both dentists. It was my daughter’s first dental visit, and although she needed some extra time to cooperate, the doctor was incredibly patient and gentle in calming her down. Thanks to the doctor’s kindness, they managed to complete the check-up successfully. The doctor even offered her a small token, which made her feel happy and comfortable. The kids’ play area…
