This was my first time at the Smile Day clinic, I made an appointment online for the next day with my painful tooth that needed filling. Everyone was very kind, including the doctor. The injection was painless, I've had more pain elsewhere before. I got answers to all my questions. I'll definitely be back! Thank you very much!

Before I could go to the doctor, they did a panoramic X-ray, which I didn't get. The doctor was nice, but he didn't know what complaint I had and the X-ray was completely useless. The doctor couldn't help with the gum recession and didn't properly inform me about my options, or that there was surgery for it, and he said that this tooth could no longer be saved in the long term. persisted even after I paid 23,000 HUF here and another doctor cleaned the tooth and recommended a proper periodontist. Edit: After the opinion, Dr. Kerekes Erwin called me twice, he was nice and recommended compensation if I wanted to claim it. I received the X-ray by email. We still didn't agree on how I was informed, because I think I should have received all the information during the first consultation, not after the next sandblasting treatment (which I didn't go for in the end).

fine, we were progressing well, which helped a lot. I was given antibiotics, but I didn't need painkillers. It was bearable, like after a tooth extraction. It was very nice that they called me the next day and asked how I was, if I had any questions, if they could help me with anything. I had my stitches removed today, everything is still fine. I highly recommend Smile Day Clinic to anyone who is afraid of dental or oral surgery treatments. 😊

and waited for my turn. I had an appointment for 16:30, but I was about 20 minutes late in the examination/treatment/surgery room. A quick consultation with the doctor and he already saw to it, first the anesthesia, and then the tooth extraction. We discussed that if I felt any stabbing pain, I should immediately raise my left hand. He asked several times if everything was okay and kept me informed about what he was doing. He also made sure that the tooth did not break and did not have to be extracted in pieces, which is why he moved/twisted/rolled the tooth more carefully. I didn't feel any pain! After a short time, he indicated that it was ready, the tooth was out. I was given a gauze pad, which I had to bite on, while we discussed what to watch for and what to do if there was a problem. I didn't mind having to wait, because the Dr. and his assistant Zita work with maximum professionalism, they are worth waiting for no matter how long! I will recommend Dr. to anyone I can. Many thanks to the whole team!!

Wisdom tooth surgery is considered a true routine intervention today, but you have to pay close attention to removing it as carefully as possible, so that everything is fine during the healing process. I can only recommend the clinic! Professional team, modern equipment, great attention. I personally go to Norbi who is a true blood professional. Precise, good-natured, painless but most of all incredibly professional, he knows what he does very well. I hope it stays that way ; )
