This place is amazing. The whole experience. Extremely clean and equipment is all the latest in tech. The staff treats you like family..... Everywhere from the crew in the hotel, to the front desk, Martina (love her), Alfonso in transportation, the doctors (Still foggy, I saw a few... Manual, Luis, Hector), and the nurses that left me assured all would be well in the world, and I came out unscathed. I completed the surgical phase of all on five. They put me under sedation for the procedure, I needed quite a bit of work. You get something for anxiety, then the sleepy one. The sedation is very easy, probably the easiest one I've ever been to. Just kinda feels like you dozed off and woke up with a headache. Its been a little over a week and I am already mostly healed up. No infection, no wonky pain, no real issues, just a bit uncomfortable. Next I will be going back for my temps as my swelling didnt allow for them right away. Then 2 more trips to completion. I will update each step. The point is, Smilecrafters has this down to a science. The patients all know the staff by name, and it is a lifestyle location when getting work south of the border. This was my favorite dog there. His name was Chabo. He came to visit daily but was so well behaved he didnt cross the doorway threshold. A+ journey so far, thank you all for your dedication and professionalism.

Please be very careful when putting your information in the website for consults/quotes. I input my info a while back and then I started getting calls months later asking questions like if I needed rides back to the clinic and how I was doing after my services. When I called to see why I had voicemails from them asking about how I was doing when I never even made an appointment they stated that my phone number was under someone else’s profile with my same name. I informed them to remove my phone number from this persons account and they said they would. I called back 2 more time to ask the same thing because I kept getting calls and they said they would remove my number. I received another phone call again today. I do not understand why this is not getting fixed.

Smile Crafters is incredible. Great staff, thorough examinations, professional treatment. Very considerate of extreme anxiety. I got five fillings replaced and the new ones were color matched and formed to my teeth so that they're barely visible- better than I've ever received. My bite feels very natural. They didn't do any work that wasn't necessary in order to preserve the integrity of my teeth. Same day evaluation and treatment split over two days- They're very conscious of patient comfort, so I personally recommend trying to stay a couple of days in town if needing extensive treatment so they can split it up. A driver is provided for transportation and they are very helpful in setting up a place to stay if needed. Book in advance for a hassle-free experience, but if you don't mind waiting, they are still very accommodating on shorter notice. They even managed to fit in my husband for an examination and cleaning on the second day of our stay. Very respectful and friendly atmosphere, with plenty of experienced doctors on hand. Financial conversations are very clear, with no pressure. I've never been to a friendlier, more accommodating dentist ✅

So... there I was. The dental college had completed my first dental checkup in over 10 years and the results were not good. They let me know that I had lost significant bone and that before long, my teeth would begin to fall out. Needless to say, I was terrified. I spent the next two years exploring options locally and nationally. I always came back to the same answer, All-On-4s is the best option... if you can afford it. We'll, I'm only 44 and the idea of spending my life in and out of a series of uncomfortable dentures since awful. Further, multiple dentists advised, without implants the bone loss would continue. I was stuck without a solution. 40,000 - 50,000 dollars is just unreasonable for a single dad. There was no way I was putting my mortgage on the line. Just when I thought I was out of options, I learned about Los Algodones, The Dental Tourism Capital of the World. Everything changed in a matter of months. After extensive and strenuous research, I decided to go to Smilecrafters. There's reviews are top notch and I was planning on spending quite a bit on my treatment. When I called, they explained everything, gave me a quote for treatment, and scheduled my visit. By this time my two front teeth were loose and I was in a panic. I took a friend and road tripped 12 hours from Albuquerque, New Mexico to the border crossing near Yuma. I've never been to Mexico before and I wasn't sure what to expect. If I'm being honest, I was nervous to enter another country for surgery, but I really had no better option. Smilecrafters ended up being a short walk from the border parking and was not difficult to find at all. Upon entering the facility, the staff were all incredibly friendly and spoke English. Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. By this point, I was incredibly ashamed of my Jack' O' Lantern smile, but everyone was reassuring and gentle. I was delighted to find that because my treatment was going to be over 5,000 dollars, a week start at the mansion B&B was included. Actually, I had to make two visits and so, they split my treatment into two payments and I got two free weeks stay. Day 1, on arrival, they did X-Rays and set expectations for my unique treatment. I was scheduled for surgery and then spent the day wandering the town. Everyone in Los Algodones we spoke to was very friendly. Day 2, I had all my remaining teeth extracted. I spent the next couple of days very swollen and recovering. There were a handful of food options nearby, like Margaritas next door, even after I lost my teeth. I recommend the Carrot Soup! Due to my significant bone loss, I had to have bone grafts to secure the implants. The grafts take 4-6 months to set before the All-On-4s can be anchored to the bone. Over the next few days, they tried to fit me with a temporary denture, but alas, my swelling was too great. They let me know that I would need at least a month before I could be fit for a denture, without risking damage to the implants. Since, I was going to return in 6 months anyway for the second part of my treatment, I had to return home with no teeth. Six months with no teeth is no picnic and when the time came, I was anxious to return to Smilecrafters for my new smile. Return, Day 1, they did X-Rays and scans, and then had to resurface the implants. Now it was time to build my smile. They took measurements and sent it off to the lab. In a couple of days I returned to have my smile fitted. Having teeth in my mouth felt strange and even a little unconfirmed at first. They looked really nice, but I had forgotten how to chew, and I wasn't convinced that it wasn't the implants fault. Anyway, I spent the next couple of days in Mexico smiling at positively everyone. I never imagined I would enjoy smiling so much. When it came time for payment, my total was exactly what was quoted. No surprises, every step of the way, expectations were set and met. Ultimately, to get full Top and Bottom Arches with extraction and implants, it cost me 22,000. Half what it cost in the states.

These guys are the best. Everything was professional and coordinated. I cannot be happier with my experience. I am terrified of the dentist, but these guys made it easy, very little pain in both my mouth and wallet. I will be going back there for any dental work I need done.

Hello I'm writing this on behalf of Barb and Dan they wanted me to tell you how incredibly impressed they were with experience. The staff and everyone there was so nice! We were a little hesitant about going to Mexico to have dental work done, but we thought we would try it. And now we're gonna tell everybody it's to go there. The mansion was great. Our room was clean and comfortable. The food that they gave us was excellent. They have a plaza that you can sit in, that's very comfortable. I cannot think of anything that I would change that. I definitely give it a 5 star and would recommend it to anybody. I'm even now going to go there and have work done. And I wanna bring my son there to have work done because I am so impressed with the clean and up to date equipment that they have in fact, stated the art equipment that they have.I'm so impressed !

I went in today for a consultation, and could not have been more impressed! Sincerely warm and gracious employees, from the driver to the nice folks at the desk, to the hygienist to the doctor…… everyone was just so welcoming! Had a full xray and 3D scan along with some photos before meeting with the dentist. He took the time to ask what my needs, wants and expectations were and how he could help get me there. Everything was explained clearly, and no questions were left unanswered. Now, it was time to discuss the practical matters of time and money. All costs were laid out, as was a clear timeline for the work being proposed. At no point was there any pressure to commit to anything! I’m very impressed so far, and look forward to the possibility of working with these awesome professionals!!
