Great service. The staff was kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. My dentist took the time to thoroughly explain everything and really listened to my concerns, which I truly appreciated. It made the whole process feel much less stressful.

healed. I contacted Magda again. Her communication throughout the entire preliminary coordination was A+. Appointments, transportation, hotel, everything was a breeze with her guidance. The day of my appointment I met Krystal and my medical team. Everyone was knowledgeable, kind, courteous and made me feel like I've known them forever. Dra. Nancy Ponce, and my surgeon, WOW! Dra. Ponce's patience and gentle hands made it feel more like a spa treatment, rather than serious dental work. All my questions and concerns were promptly addressed, and "the plan" was thoroughly explained. Great bed-side manner. I loved Dra. Ponce. My surgeon comes in with his assistant and between laughs and giggles to make me feel more comfortable, before I knew it the surgery was over, pain free. And Krystal, the administrator, this chica is on the ball, with everything. She ironed out every little glitch that came up (through my own creation) and she found effective solutions for everything from payment, transport, medical passes, you name it, she did it. Gracias Krystal! By the way, I had two friends that accompanied me to my appointment and they both ended up becoming patients and actually completing their consults and some procedures the next day. How's that for team work?! And to top it all off, they let me act myself in the reception area, just a little goofy! My dental journey continues and I look forward to getting back my ear to ear smile with beautiful pearly whites. Gracias mil Team Smile4Ever!!! See you soon.

I had multiple issues with my veneers. I had four veneers that needed to be re-cemented. The fourth of the floor was re-inserted by a dentist. She was clearly over her head. It caused my lower tooth to rotate and ultimately lost a crown, resulting in a bone graft and the need to have an entirely new crown inserted. fact that it was to spend three years. The practice ultimately needed to bring in a periodontist from another dental office because they were unable to successfully correct the problem. The manager became hostile and told me that our relationship was over and they no longer wanted to treat me unless I paid additional monies to them. I found that laughable. When you consider the. The original dentist who did the work is no longer there and when they sought her out to correct the work she rejected coming back into the office, I have no idea what that’s about. It cost me thousands of dollars to correct what an incompetent dentist did and re-inserting a veneer that fit perfectly with the exception of needing to be cemented. I paid cash for all my work in a timely manner, and when it came down to living up to their end of the relationship, they chose to divorce me.

We’re truly sorry to hear you didn’t feel satisfied with your experience. We always aim to give our patients the best care possible and take concerns seriously. Although we hadn’t heard from you for over two years after your original treatment in 2021, we still honored the warranty on the crown we placed and replaced it at no charge. Wanting to be extra thorough, we even brought in a specialist from a sister clinic to re-evaluate the case. After reviewing everything carefully, it was determined that the discomfort you were experiencing was actually caused by an implant placed at a different clinic, which was angled in a way that created pressure on our crown. Our warranty does not extend to work performed by other clinics, but even so, we offered a discounted solution to help. Later on, we made the difficult decision to discontinue our business relationship after repeated contact was made with our female staff through personal accounts, which goes against our clinic policies. This was explained respectfully and in writing. We stand behind the quality of our work and the integrity of our team, and we sincerely wish you the very best moving forward.

Very nice personnel. Very informative. Helped with my anxiety visiting the dentist. The office is super clean. They will order an Uber to pick you up after crossing the border so it is easy for you to find the office. They always answer my text messages and phone calls 10/10 recommend.
