Do not use this company. The service is unprofessional. They canceled multiple appointments as I arrived to the border. Multiple occasions where the courier they used also didn't pick me up making me call off work and lose money. They were moving locations and dragging out procedures to keep me coming back. scope of work without informing me first. The work they did was subpar. The porcelain veneers cracked and broke almost immediately. Including one where my tooth they grinded down broke off with it. They blamed the cracking and breaking of teeth on not brushing and flossing enough and not on the fact they grinder most of the teeth off. Refused to honor warranty and tried charging me double the original $3000 so another $6000. Classic bait and switch move. You're better off choosing any other dentist.
The staff was amazing the facilities were so modern and dentist had such a gentle touch. I would probably say this was my best experience ever at the dentist.
The best place I had my whole mouth pulled and Redone the price was waaay below the US and the staff honestly is like a extended family. I’d rather drive to Mexico to get any future work by them then drive down the street and use my insurance. I was checking out your prices and they are not the prices that a traditional dentist in Mexico would charge. You are charging 3X the price for (i.e. veneers, braces, implants, etc). To everyone reading my comment, a procedure for braces or implants should be a maximum of $19,500 Mexican Pesos which is a total of $900 U.S. Dollars. s then this means they are going to profit off from you, which means you are being ripped off. The whole point on getting your teeth done in Tijuana or anywhere in Mexico is to SAVE MONEY!! In the U.S. braces are $4,000 U.S. Dollars and in Mexico the maximum price that braces go for is $900 U.S. Dollars. You are being ripped off when they say that you’re saving 60% on your dental treatment at a price of $2,000 - $2,500 U.S. Dollars. Also be advise that the price that they give you is very different than the one that they give to another person. I can even prove this. Call Smile 4 Ever Mexico. Ask how much their veneers, braces, implants or any treatments are. Then call from a different number or have someone else call and you’ll see how they will give you a different price.

o it. If you ask me, customer service comes first in my book A+++ at smile 4 ever. Next is warranty and I do struggle with this a bit. In the US every visit to the dentist you have to spend out of your pocket no matter what is the issue, even if you're coming back for a defective work that's been done. With smile 4 ever I've never had any issues and I had major reconstruction all on 6 implants. Oh well some discomfort after the surgeries nothing out of the norm though. you come back a week later to remove the stitches. As far as pricing they are very competitive and the quality of the work is bar none. Very knowledgeable and experienced staff. I let you in on a little secret. They do care about their patients and treat them as family in contrary to some of other clinics out there that I've been too in the past where the customer is just a numbers game. Forgot to mention I've taken for dental treatments and implants my Brother, sister, nephew,niece, Friends, co-workers and my son....Great job as usual... I had the 4 in All done on my top teeth by Dr. Arturo Mendez in Tijuana MX. They are very attentive and did a beautiful job. I'm now working on my bottom teeth. Their work is great and the price is half of what it would have cost in USA.

d locally & also other states & couldn't find anything that was in my budget. Also, insurance does not cover Implants; so I was looking at something that I could pay out of pocket or was affordable. Everything I came across in the states was super expensive & the dentist I worked with really did not gain my faith in their work. So I looked elsewhere. My search took me abroad to other countries like Turkey, Colombia, etc. It made sense traveling because it was cheaper, but I just didn't want to travel across the country to get work done. That's when I looked into Tijiana Mexico, close to the U.S. & seemed like it would be much reasonable. During my search in Mexico, I came across Smiles4ever Mexico. During my search in Mexico, Smiles4ever Mexico stood out to me. I looked at past reviews & It seemed like the place for myself. So I reached out & ended up talking to "Magda", the patient coordinator for Smiles4ever Mexico. She gave me all the info I needed & made me feel at ease about my travels, safety concerns & any other questions or concerns I had. I flew into San Diego on my first trip for evaluation, they had a transportation company pick me up from the airport & drove me across the border to my hotel, which was about a 30 minute ride. Once I arrived. I went in & they took xrays, scans, took impressions for temporary dentures, etc. Once they had everything they needed. They prepared my teeth for extraction. After that I went back home to let my gums heal & returned back to Mexico after a few months. My second trip back. I had several fittings for my implants & after a week, I received my final Implants which were amazing. I can't say anything bad about my experience from start to finish in Tijuana. From the people at Smiles4ever Mexico to the hotel staff at the hotel I stayed, to the people i came across. TJ is definitely a place to visit & enjoy the scenery, the amazing food & local shopping. My experience both trips was amazing. I gained a new family with Smiles4ever Mexico. I want to thank everyone that helped me from Smiles4ever Mexico. From the dental surgeons who assisted me with my procedure, Dr. Tatiana who helped with my beautiful smile & Dr. Gonzalez who asisted with the teeth extraction, Magda, Dr. Ponce, Krystal , Fernando & anyone else that i came across through my experience.
