I have only had good experiences with this clinic, the equipment is of a high standard. I have had the best experience with Ms. Hanka Nguyen, without whom my smile would be worse and maybe not at all. She is always very helpful and points out the problem areas during dental hygiene. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs braces.

Dental hygiene is definitely not one of my favorite experiences, but it is essential for healthy teeth and oral cavity, which is why I am happy to be in the best care at the Smart Care clinic. For some reason I had a review here, even though I've never visited this place in my life.
A positive experience, I recommend it. My son and I went to the clinic for an orthodontic consultation. Dr. Pankalová explained everything clearly and showed us a 3D scan. When the dental cleaning finally began, I was surprised to find that there was no assistant present and that all procedures were carried out by a single individual. This setup resembles outdated practices rather than modern clinical standards. After approximately five minutes, I made the decision to stop the procedure and terminate the appointment due to concerns about the specialist’s level of experience and lack of confidence. In my view, a qualified and experienced dentist should demonstrate confidence and professionalism during treatment, which was not the case here. Furthermore, for a clinic that presents itself as a VIP or premium service provider, I found the overall service quality unacceptable. Not all staff members were able to communicate in English, and the general level of service did not meet expectations for an international or high-end clinic.

everything very clearly, both verbally and in writing. The procedure was carried out very well by the Dr and staff, using all state of the art equipment. They were very punctual, everyone from the front desk to all other steps. I have not had any subsequent issues with the tooth and obviously I highly recommend using SmartCare.

Hello, I highly recommend dental hygiene at SmartCare with Hanka Nguyen. My daughter goes to her with fixed braces. She explains everything carefully, treats with care, and makes recommendations. She is nice, my daughter loves going to her.

It may seem like an exaggeration, but when I go to this dental office, whether for regular checkups related to Invisalign or for dental hygiene with hygienist Taova, I feel relaxed! I’m doing my orthodontic treatment here and so far I’m very happy with the experience. The staff is kind, professional, and English-friendly. I also come for dental hygiene, and Hanka Taová always takes great care of me.
