getting worse and I had the inclination to finally do something about it. Yet, what fully made my mind was the attitude that I got by Dr. Petya Stoyanova - I didn't feel like an exhibit as I did when visiting some other dentists ("Oh, what an interesting case we've got here! Let me take a look!") On the contraty, I can feel that I am treeted as a person - with understanding and willingness to help! Not to mention that the whole team is always very affable and on my visits It seems to me that they enjoy their work as well as working together. At the same time every step of the treatment is very comprehensivley explained. Furthermore, the excitement that the treatment is achieving the desired results, when it is expressed so vividly by the one who has perscribed it, definately contributes for enhancing the good mood. Of course, the proficiency of Dr. Stoyanova at what she does is just immense - as a patient you could be sure that you will receive a very proficient and at the same time an exceptionally subtle work! Thank you so very much, indeed! In that regards, I would also like to express my profound gratitude for the successfull gum surgery done by Dr. Kalin Marinov, which to my understanding was a complicated one. By the way, at the end of the gum surgery he extracted one of my teeth (a wisdom tooth if I got it correctly) in less than a minute - I at least, was pretty much impressed by that! Once again thank you very much to the whole team of Sky Dental Clinic! You are really exceptional!

Hello, I definitely liked the first impression after the visit! The attitude of the team is professional. It is difficult to find a quality specialist. he experience at the clinic is like going to a spa. I trusted them for a fairly serious procedure and I want to say that I am more than satisfied! I don't think I could have come across better specialists! Perfect job. Upper jaw expansion, orthodontic treatment and restoration of the bite and chewing surfaces. I had a very complicated case, as my bite changed and I had contact on only one tooth. After the treatment, everything is correct.

could trust. Until I met Dr. Marinov and got to know his work and the diligence and precision with which he performs it. I am very happy that I trusted him and together we went through a long healing process - several surgeries to cover the exposed roots, restore the chewing teeth and veneers on the front teeth. Now I can eat calmly, without pain, and smile confidently! My smile, in addition to being more beautiful and white, is at the same time very natural! appointment they were supposed to treat him, they gave him anesthesia, but he said that when they turned on the air machine, it hurt. No one, including me, paid attention to him, because the doctor assured me that it couldn't hurt him. He cried a lot and refused - accordingly, it was explained to me very kindly that we were wasting their time and they couldn't help us, and the doctor personally recommended another clinic to go to. We paid for this examination as well and yesterday we were at the other clinic and my son didn't complain, they gave him medicine and on Friday we are going for another examination. They explained to me that he probably really was in pain, I can't recreate the medical explanation. It was a big stress for me that he would develop a fear of the dentist and refuse treatment - fortunately this didn't happen. I am categorically not satisfied with the clinic. They made an accurate diagnosis, but they didn't show understanding that this is a 4-year-old child and they didn't pay attention to the fact that he said it hurt - they just kept telling him that there's nothing to hurt about.

Hello, Our philosophy for the first visit of a young child who has never been to the dentist before is to introduce him to the office environment, show him the various instruments, examine him and take photos, so that we can prepare him and leave him with a positive memory of his first visit to the dentist, which is fundamental to his attitude towards us in the future. When the child is not in pain at the time of the visit, even if he has caries that are visible to the naked eye and you yourself have been able to see, the risk of creating trauma and fear in the child is much greater if we decide to give him anesthesia and start working on a tooth at the first visit. That is why you paid for the initial examination and then paid for an hour and a half of attempted treatment. We are glad that you found a doctor and clinic that met your expectations and Nikola was able to receive treatment for his aching tooth. On Saturday evening, Dr. Marcheva spent an hour and a half with Nikola, but unfortunately after anesthesia, he said that he was in pain from the air, and later said at the end of his father's visit that he was afraid and did not feel pain. We are surprised to learn that he was in pain from you in your current comment. After an hour and a half of trying to treat a 4-year-old child with anesthesia, agree that continuing to press him to open his mouth in the chair when he is crying is not reasonable or humane. I called for a price for dentures on 4 or 6 implants, upper and lower zirconium with a sinus lift! You have not been to the clinic, you have not seen what we can offer you as treatment and final result, so we respect your opinion, but it is based only on the price over the phone, without having had contact with our doctors and without having seen our results. With us, there is no option to choose between cheap or expensive implants for the simple reason that we work with the best on the market and the compromise with us is zero in every respect, this is shown by our results so far. If I could, I would give Sky Dental at least 6 more stars on top of the 5 maximum. They have a radiant team, everyone there treats you with respect and is very polite and kind towards you. also got extended and equipped with newer equipment, I can safely say that the clinic is held to the highest standards. Ever since I've started going to Sky Dental around 4-5 years ago, I have not had any major complaint. In fact, I went through a very complicated orthodontic treatment, which Dr. Marinov lead. Sky Dental was the only clinic that actually gave me several routes of treatment, specifically this one only Sky Dental proposed. Even before the treatment had been decided or started, I went through a bunch of measurements and profilings, to help build a detailed profile and objective state to plan for the best course of treatment. During the treatment itself when I had questions Dr. Marinov personally contacted me and answered those questions for me. This really gave me a lot of confidence in entrusting myself into his professional care. There were moments, of course, with complications (due to the specifics of the treatment itself), but all of them were promptly discussed and taken care of. There were no surprises or misunderstandings. As a whole, the whole treatment went smooth, and after it I continued going to Sky Dental, just because I am very satisfied with their care and professionalism. I recently moved abroad from Bulgaria, and I also do not come from Sofia, but if I need a dentist, there's nowhere else in the world I need to look - I will just come to SkyDental.
