This was my first visit to this dental center, and I was quite nervous since I tend to feel anxious about dental appointments. From the moment I walked through the door, I was warmly welcomed by the wonderful receptionist, which immediately put me at ease. Visited on the recommendation of a family member. Dr Tim was very thorough with his work and discomfort was minimal during treatment. I also appreciate how Dr Tim has kindly worked around my schedule/availability given the urgency of my situation. Generally happy with the level of service and treatment. Would come back again for future dental needs.

I visited Dr Ooi Pei Yun here because of toothache today and I feel satisfied with the work she has done. She explained what she would do next before taking the next steps and I felt that I could trust her. The environment is tidy and clean. The staff here are friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing with the soft music playing most of the time.

I have visited many dental clinics, but this is one of the few that truly showed a lot of patience in handling my issues. The doctors here are very kind and honest. They take the time to explain everything clearly and give good advice on how to take care of my teeth. Good service even for the 1st visit. Dr Mabel is very friendly n made me feel at peace when she explained n attending to my infected gum. She also taught me how to clean my moral teeth too. Tye staff are friendly too.

Amazing experience! Dr Tan Vei Xhion was very good and looked after us very well. He analysed our teeth in detail and gave very good recommendations. June & D were so lovely and looked after us while waiting. They all brightened our day (and our teeth!)

Awesome reception. Jun was really bright and cheerful. And Dr. Tim was really great, made sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout. I’m not exactly a fan of going to the dentist, but this dentistry really helped put my anxiety at ease.
