Dr Savena is really good. Did my scaling and polishing there and she was very thorough but at the same time gentle. Clinic is nice, can even watch tv while getting your teeth done. Will definitely be back soon.

her time at explaining everything in detail and how perceptive she was to my flinches 😛. I especially appreciate the fact that she's very transparent about the cost - if she recommends a certain treatment or procedure, she will give you the estimate as well (money & pain level 😅). And it's still equally convenient for me because it's close to my workplace and they close at 10pm, so I can schedule my appointments after work! Bonus: The clinic is an AIA panel clinic, so if you're insured by AIA, you don't need to worry about claims and lost receipts!

We were touring KL when when my 6 year boy had a loose shaky tooth. We were fantically looking for a good dentist and we found a great one. We were very happy to have found Signature Primecare. DR Savena was very good with kids and She made it a painless and enjoyable process for the children by explaining the steps and assuring him. My boy actually called her the tooth fairy..

Great service with latest technology. Went for checkup because I saw good Google reviews and they were right! Dr Savena explained every step, my sensitive tooth were fixed and I don’t have any more sensitive feeling when taking cold drinks. Went to this clinic over the weekend 25th October 2020; after googling up the nearest dental clinics in this neighbourhood, that is opened on Sunday ; THANKS to CMCO. I also have texted them on instagram beforehand, inquiring about their Scaling & Polishing Service and was informed that as they are having a promotion ; the scaling & Air Polishing is now priced at MYR90-150 instead of the usual MYR…

200-250 (depending on your teeth condition) Arriving there, greeted by the nicest Clinic Assistant ; smiling and very friendly. She told me that i needed to get an Xray of my teeth first to aid the dentist in her assessment, which is something new to me, as this is not the first time i went for Scaling / Polishing anywhere. I went along with it, assuming that it is going to be included in the package (MYR 90- MYR 150) anyway, and afterwards, consultation & procedures done within 30 mins or so; and the doctor again reaffirmed me that the cost for the procedure would be MYR150. However, the dental assistant then quoted me MYR220 for the total payment. An increment of MYR70 is not a big deal,but as i have asked beforehand and was told TWICE that the procedure will cost XX amount, and then being told to pay extras; that is indeed a pricing error, and you have indeed advertised wrongly, wont you say so? I hope you would detail out the cost clearer for your next patients; and not charging them extras especially when you have quoted them TWICE on the cost. Otherwise, there is nothing to compliment about the clinic (similar to most dental clinics), apart from the opening hours.

Good day Miss, we are so sorry for the inconvenience caused. It is our standard procedure for the nurses to inform of the consultation fee (Rm70) to the patient before registration. The doctor usually only quotes the treatment price in the treatment room. We are so sorry that the nurse did not inform you of the consultation fee. Please accept our humble apology for the miscommunication and inconvenience caused.
Dr Savena is an amazing dentist, she is very professional and very clear about treatment. I highly recommend this place, the staff are very nice and they make sure you feel safe and cared for. I will definitely be coming in to see Dr Savena for future dental care. 5 star!

Great experience at this clinic! Firstly the clinic is very zen and Dr. Savena is friendly, knowledgable and passionate about oral care. She was very gentle and accomodating while she worked on my teeth! My treatment was done efficiently and with the help of her friendly assistant, I was made to feel comfortable. 5 out of 5 for me!

Very very expensive. I went to this clinic after I read the reviews on Google. The treatment was good and the doctor was explaining every step she was doing, however; after almost 3 months now I still feel uncomfortable eating on that tooth although it was only normal filling . when I went out I paid MR 500!!! Although the whole process took only 20 to 30 minutes and there was no extra work other than what she mentioned at the beginning.

The service was quite good. Friendly staffs. I met Dr.Saveena. She was friendly and also briefed me the procedure in detail. A little pricey but worth it.

Great care and explanation by the doctor. She puts you at ease. Negligible pain. For years and years I avoided dentists due to a fear of pain and them being rough with my teeth.
