I’ve had two tooth extractions here, and both experiences were excellent. The procedures were completely painless. The staff and doctor are very professional, and the team was very supportive in helping me stay calm throughout the process. The doctor was also attentive and caring during the treatment. I’m very happy with the service. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable and professional service. Dr Chen did a very thorough scaling and polishing. They even have same day essix retainers moulding + collection which is amazing!! Will definitely visit again in the future. They even check up on you the next day to make sure all is good. Highly recommend!

Dear Lynda Ng, We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. During your second visit on 23rd April, the doctor explained that the tooth you raised concerns about (regarding black stains and a dislodged filling) was not treated at our clinic. The doctor also showed you, using a mirror, the six fillings completed during your first visit on 5th March, all of which remain intact. For your reference, the treated tooth numbers are also stated on the receipt issued during your first visit. Regarding the clinical images, we regret that we are unable to retrieve them, as your first visit took place nearly two months ago. During the same visit, the doctor polished the concerned tooth at no charge to remove surface staining and also advised the use of desensitising toothpaste to help managing sensitivity. We also apologise that we are unable to accommodate your friend’s suggestion of a 50% discount for a new filling on the concerned tooth, as we cannot take responsibility for a procedure that was not carried out at our clinic. Thank you for your understanding.

Very good experience. The doctor is gentle and professional. Came here to fix my chipped tooth and teeth whitening. Did 1 cycle of whitening and could instantly see the difference in 15 mins.
