I chipped a tooth while on vacation. I received help at the clinic and was able to continue enjoying my vacation. The staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.
All praise for the entire SI Dental team. I had my teeth corrected with Clear Correct and an implant placed. Thank you to Dr. Josipa and Dr. Badrov. Everyone is extremely kind, accommodating, thorough, professional and always ready to help.

They cleaned two of my teeth that they determined needed cleaning and filled them, after which I got a severe infection because my cavities weren't cleaned properly. They charged me 90 euros, and made my situation even worse because those two teeth didn't hurt at all before.

The reception, doctors, nurses, everyone is so kind and sweet. All praise for the quick and, most importantly, excellent job.
I was here to inquire about periodontal concerns/treatment. While I was verifying cost, I received a quote for €270 with cash or €330 with card. This is because there is a discount for cash. After I understood that they accept card payments, I scheduled my appointment(s). The total price was supposed to include X-rays, a soft cleaning the first day, and a deep cleaning for a second day. first doctor I met was a gentleman who carefully explained to me about my recommendations, treatments and follow ups. He was quite nice and informative. When I returned the second day, I was interested in purchasing a particular product. In this moment I understood that they do not accept Google Pay. It is when my experience became unpleasant. I already had a day with soft treatment previously, and I understood that they don’t offer a payment method which I could use, since I do not have a physical card. Eventually, they agreed to proceed with my treatment anyway, and they told me that I can return to pay when I get cash. I will clarify that the doctor herself was careful and professional. However, I didn’t get any follow up information. They measured my bone loss, but didn’t give me any records for myself. They also didn’t tell me what stage of gum disease I have. It’s very important for me. I’ve had this problem for years and I want to care about it. After all my treatments were completed, the new receptionist explained to me that my total amount due was €405 (€330 + €75 for soft cleaning, which was included in my original agreement). In conclusion, I needed to leave my passport as collateral, until I could pay €75 more than agreed. When I returned with cash to settle my balance, I explained what the first receptionist and I agreed for. She then called the other receptionist to verify, and eventually I did only pay €270. I’m thankful for the careful cleaning I did receive. I was disappointed by the service of other staff. If I would choose to return or try any other dentist, I certainly wouldn’t return here. The added stress made me nervous for days and it was unnecessary.
