The doctor really pays attention to details. Before, during and after the procedure, the doctor took a photo of the tooth we were repairing, which was very new and surprising to me. He explained everything to me and was very patient. I will definitely come here again.

For regular clients, there are bonuses, guarantees for fillings, etc. Of the minuses, but this is only my personal feeling due to back problems - the low angle of the chair, but that's not related to the treatment.

Even though it is a bit strange for us:) Yes, according to our price list, the price of a consultation is €25, during which the doctor will check the condition of your teeth, make a photo protocol, answer your questions and propose a treatment plan, and all this takes place in the clinic chair. So in the future, we can only recommend that you always familiarize yourself with the price list before the examination, which is located at our reception desk in a visible place. Next, the doctor shows you the photo protocol on a tablet where no one but you can see it and based on that, he can offer you additional dates for the examination at the reception. And of course, if the patient has any questions that he did not have time to ask or forgot to ask in the clinic chair, and asks at the reception, the doctor will be happy to answer them at the reception. Unfortunately, we only have one reception, which is connected to the waiting room, where we charge for the dental procedures that have been performed and where we offer additional dates. But according to your expectations, we should have kicked another customer out of the waiting room so he wouldn't hear what date we booked you for and what tooth we were going to fix at that time

Doctor Shvets Ivan explained all the stages of treatment, warned about each manipulation, asked how I felt and whether I felt any discomfort or pain.
