This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional and provided solutions by priority. I had to do scaling and multiple fillings and everyone did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the staffs here were very gentle and kind to me. The best place for Dental Braces and Cap Retainers. The best staff and the best doctors. Dr Ujjwal is one of the most highly qualified orthodontist in town and made my dental related procedures very smooth.

I as a dentist myself have done my treatment here with Dr. Ujjawal sir. As i didn't like braces he suggested me for aligners. I’m so satisfied with the result. Thankyou sir If you want to align your teeth but hate traditional braces then do visit here you wouldn’t regret it 😊

Shangrila dental clinic is indeed a shangrila. I had my orthodontic treatment done here. The doctors are easygoing and approachable. Everything is just so professional here. The ambiance around is very calming and welcoming. Moreover, Dr. Pyakhurel is one of the pioneers in orthodontic care in Nepal. They have their own production unit for aligners. I'm so grateful for such professional care.

I called to have my appointment rescheduled and got screamed at. When I called her out on being rude, she called me rude and extremely unprofessional. I agree last minute rescheduling wasted their time however screaming at the customer is extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. This is the finest establishment for any kind of dental procedures in Kathmandu. Both my younger siblings underwent several treatments here; including RCT, scaling and dental fillings. The service was phenomenal. From the moment you walk in, the environment is very welcoming, so anyone like me who dreads a visit to the dentist will do just fine. Dr. Hema is a highly experienced dentist and she was very patient and reassuring. She made sure that all my concerns were addressed and her work is absolutely gold! I was like are you guys serious. Regardless of your experiences, how can you put all into same basket & generalize. I was the one who googled your number & called; and this is the response we get from the operator. You may be the best or so called best in town but this is the least we expect from you. Oh my god! I had a root canal done here in October 2019 because I had a tooth infection. I am still experiencing pain so I had my dentist take an X-ray to check the work that was done here. I am from the US and my dentist explained that the tooth was damaged and the infection is still present. So now I have to have more work done to fix this mess that was done costing around $5000 USD. were very friendly and I think she did her best but now I’m really having to suffer the consequences of going to a dentist that didn’t know what she was doing. I appreciate the kindness of that place but that is simply not good enough. DO NOT have any major procedures done here.

I loved this dental very much. They took good care of me and my teeth i had made my teeth before in other dental but it was not satisfying it used to look like dublicate but now after attending this dental i have full satisfaction and i have grown confident in myself tq so much sangrila dental.

First timer at this dental clinic, and I must say the whole process of root canal was just terrific. From the girl at the reception to Dr. Hema, everyone was fantastic. I've never felt so comfortable and pain-free at the dentist. I, who have always had a deep fear of dentists, left the clinic smiling and calm. I would recommend this dental clinic to anyone anxious about going to the dentist.
